Soo ein bezauberndes Appartement... Und helles Appartement....Im Dezember vom Sonnenaufgang bis ca 15h Sonne pur .. mir hat alles sehr gefallen... Ich würde sofort wiederkommen....

Der Wasserdruck ist auf Lanzarote nicht sehr gut.... Wenn man nicht im Hotel ist.

Extremely spacious, well equipped flat in a great location with access to little but almost never busy swimming pool. Apartment, despite being on the top floor, it is easy to walk up as stairs are not to steep. Interior is done with taste and just not too much not to less, plenty of lights all around the place, balcony very good size easy to have a meal while enjoy the views. You would never expect to have in a holiday home/apartment all of the following: toaster, sandwicher, drip coffee maker, blender, smart TV, fan plus additional fan heater, iron, ironing board, juicer, fridge with freezer - decent size, microwave, hanging clothes drier, washing machine, there was even fully equipped first AID kit, and for the ladies - hairdryer with a diffuser! Worth to add each of the above are well branded too. Honestly, value for money is just extraordinary! Highly recommend this place! P.S. if you worry about car parking space, despite the fact that there is not one desired for the flat, not once did we have any issues to park around the place. Also, apologies for the lack of pictures as we went to enjoy our holiday not to document the accommodation, but rest assured, the place looks exactly as advertised, maybe even bit better.

I really loved the apartment it was gorgeous and really spacious loads of cooking stuff available to use and a stunning view. would 100% go again and was a great location for me and my boyfriend to walk to the centre with shops really near by.

the only problem I found was not having a cleaning day throughout the week to change the sheets - if there was a spare set in the cupboard this would have been great but still a perfect stay !!

Lovely sea view and terrace was nice with the recliners. Interior was nicely done. Bed comfortable.

we would have been happy to pay more for English tv package although this didn’t spoil our stay. One minor thing there was no tin opener.

Bit noisy some nights from downstairs

The apartment is OK, nice and clean, great location

Stopped over Christmas into the new year and there are quite a few locals live here, so late night early morning noise, struggled washing pots in the sink, as plug wouldn't seal and someone broke the main gate in, trivial problems really, the whole of bastian erea water was off for a full day while I was there to, which wasn't the fault of apartment owners, but was a real bind

Lovely property in a perfect location. Apartment very clean. Bed was super comfy. balcony with sun loungers really relaxing. The sun was on the balcony until late afternoon.

Access to the property had changed the day we were arriving so we did nt get the e-mail. However a quick phonecall to the caretaker and everything was sorted.
