Nice rental. Loved the beach chair service.

Great stay. Only thing missing was usable beach. There is very little usable beach in front of the condo complex. Not your problem to solve but I was shocked compared to times we’ve stayed in San Souci in previous years.

Sans Souci 209 was better than expected! The rooms were big, with a pullout couch in the Master (where my kids slept....they didn't have to share a bed!), everything that was needed in the kitchen, a stackable washer/dryer, and a closet full of beach chairs, umbrella's, and beach toys. The parking is awesome and there are carts to use for groceries, luggage, or whatever. The beach is literally steps away, as well as the pool. It's a wonderful, clean place with a great location. We will definitely be back!

This was everything we hoped for…. The beach is gorgeous, the condo is perfect, and we had a wonderful visit.

Nice condo, clean and a good view of the beach/ocean. Our stay is best described is just ok and a bit "uncomfortable" . The master has a very small bathroom without an easy way of getting in out of the shower. There are no blackout curtains so basically you sleep with a room full of light. The bed is not comfortable and the sheets are very cheap. Guest bathroom would be a nightmare for anyone with kids. Getting in and out of the shower/tub is not easy. Kitchen: A bit small but does the trick. Dishwasher has some kind of issue on the bottom but I would imagine that it could be easily fixed. TVs: There is only one SmartTV that is in the living room. The TV's in the other two rooms is just DirectTV and navigating the channels is cumbersome as there are no real info on what the channels are.. Would be a great addition to replace those with a couple of TCL Roku's Parking: Not a lot of parking places but for the most part easy to get into Gate: Very easy to get in and out of the gate. One major complaint is when attempting to walk across the street to PegLegs or the gas station. Having to carry a key with you to get in and out is not ideal. We were providing with keys but noticed a lot of other guest did not. So they would wait for a car to pull through. Overall: This condo has a ton of potential and I would happily hit 5 stars if blackout shades, modern TV and more comfortable bed. The beach is great and getting in and out is very easy.

Had a great time at Sans Souci as usual. Keypad battery went dead one night after we were in another condo visiting friends. Called the after hour number. The girl that answered was super nice and had someone come asap to change the battery so we could get back in our condo. Very friendly staff! We will definitely be back!

Condo was great. We’ve stayed here several times now as well as property management. Had a small maintenance issue and it was resolved super quick. Only complaint is all the fees VRBO charges. Increased our stay by a lot which is insane. Otherwise, great trip.

We had a wonderful stay with no issues. Perfect location. Condo was clean with many amenities provided. Check in/ out was easy and smooth.

We enjoyed our stay at Pensacola Beach. We had a few problems with some swarming insects while we were there, but the property management company responded quickly to our communications and bent over backwards to try to fix the problem. We stay at San Souci almost every summer and love the location and amenities.

Highly recommend this property. Perfect location!!!! Amazing beach view!!! Everything was just as described! We love that there is both a convenient store and restaurant directly across the street! We would definitely stay here again!!!! Go ahead and book…. You WON’T be disappointed!

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The condo had a perfect view and was on the second floor which was perfect for us since we have small kids. The condo is clean and well taken care of. One of my favorite parts was a closet full of all of your beach needs! We will definitely look into staying here again!

The toilets had "leftovers" in them, and dirty towels left on dining table.

This condo is perfect. Stunning views, easy beach access, comfortable furnishings. The management team is extremely friendly and helpful. We have no complaints! We would absolutely stay there again. In fact we didn’t want to leave.

We loved our condo and stay in Pensacola Beach! Wonderful location, not crowded, excellent property management staff, clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable king beds, everything one needs is in the kitchen, and handy washer/dryer combo. We will definitely consider renting this condo again! You won’t be disappointed!

This condo was perfect for our mother/daughter trip right after Christmas. The photos online didn’t do it justice, it’s beautiful! We usually rent a house for convenience to the beach but this condo was perfect in every way!

The one good thing is that it’s beachfront. The condo had some issues and had to go back and forth for a few days with the management company about them. Their response time was ok not great. We liked the pool.

The furniture was newer and very comfortable including the beds and mattresses. Really enjoyed the patio furniture on the balcony and the ocean view from all the rooms. Easy access to the beach and parking spot all made it a great vacation. The little touches really put it over the top: these included bbq tools to use with the bbq downstairs, coffee filters and some kids beach toys and games which we loved playing while waiting for the rain to stop on a couple of days. The Blue Angels flew overhead of the unit and everyone was super friendly. We can't wait to be back next year.

It was absolutely fantastic! This is the third time we have stayed at San Souci, the first time in unit 209. The property is in a great location and well maintained. There was some work going on due to Sally, but nothing major. Unit 209 is updated and I have loved all of the units I've stayed in this is my favorite. I love that you can see the beach and the pool from this corner unit. It's a good thing for those with teenagers that like to hang out at the pool in the evenings because you can do a quick check-in on them. The kitchen is well stocked and the main bedroom is huge and has a pull-out couch. The living room has a pull-out couch as well so there is plenty of room for sleeping. The decor is very nice and is a great home away from home. I highly recommend making your reservation and can't wait to go back!

Condo was very well equipped and very spacious. Total comfort for a week stay. Would definitely come back. Only negative was showers need to be bleached. Overall a great week!!!
