- Amazing location right in the touristic centre of Palermo - Very pleasant and helpful hosts once they actually showed up - Many restaurants, shops and groceries nearby - Easy walk to every major point of interest - Great complimentary breakfast at Bar Cheri 2-3 mins away

- Apparently InCentro has 2 locations. One at Via Emirico Amari (the address listed on Booking.com) and one at Via Ruggiero Settimo. The host decided to inform me that my room was located at the 2nd address just a few hours before checkin which made finding the location very difficult as I'd already booked a taxi for the original location - I arranged my checkin time with the host before arriving and they said they'd be there to meet me at checkin. Upon landing in Palermo Airport, I got a message saying they would not be present at checkin and the keys would be kept with the concierge and to check myself in. - I arranged with the host (Danielle) to store my bags upon checkout (morning checkout and evening flight). I confirmed these arrangements before the stay and multiple times during the stay. We made an agreement where I could store the bags in the BnB office with pickup before I left and the host was supposed to be present at checkout. - Like the checkin process, the host again, did not show up at the agreed time. I had to communicate with a member of the cleaning staff to checkout and arrange my bag storage. Unfortunately, although they tried their best to help, they were unaware of the arrangement to store my bags until the afternoon. Eventually, another staff member from the BnB called and told me to take my bags and leave it in front the concierge on the ground floor in the open. Although it turned out fine, I was personally uncomfortable leaving my bags with valuables in an area that was unsecured in my opinion.

Staff was never at the facility and repeatedly called us as we were out to return to supply passports and pay for airport transportation. They were never available to come to property when we were there. Did not appreciate being called several times when trying to enjoy our vacation. If you not going to have someone available on site, provide an easier solution

All the basics are covered; clean room, comfortable bed, clean, functional bathroom, quiet & safe location. Beyond the basics, very good location at a reasonable price. The room was lovely. Both the room and the ensuite are very spacious. Everything was spotless. Nice lighting and good eye-candy art.

The location was excellent, close to the main pedestrian street, as well as cafes, restaurants and most attractions.

The location, the room, the breakfast at Cheris', the hospitality of the owners, everything was perfect!

Great location, it is at the end of the walking street and not so many car driving past in front of property. Breakfast was served in the bar next door you can walk in any time you like. Room has a good size very handy and comfortable and staff is really helpful!

You cannot go to Sicily without visiting Palermo. It is the hub for any kind of exploration of the northwest corner of the Island, and has some of the most impressive historic monuments worth seeing in all of Sicily. And, equally importantly, Palermo is one of the “food capitals” of the world, with something new, delicious, and wonderful awaiting the visitor quite literally on every street corner. But Palermo is also Sicily’s largest city, with a very confusing (at least to first-time visitors, especially tired ones driving rental cars) road and street layout, many of them poorly-marked one-way streets and nonexistent parking. The only way to see Palermo is to somehow park your car somewhere safe, then proceed on foot. We did so by staying at the B&B in Centro Palermo, which was right at the center of some of the best pedestrian-friendly walkways, only a couple of blocks from where we were able to park our rental car. Our very gracious hosts met us at the parking garage they recommended to us, and then walked us to the very convenient, quiet and well appointed B&B: this was a kindness that was greatly appreciated. If you plan on visiting Palermo, you could not ask for a better location from which to do your own walking tours of the city than B&B in Centro Palermo. We are so glad that we did. The staff is incredible! Davide and the rest went WAY beyond their way to make sure that our stay in Palermo was first- rate. I not only WOULD stay there again I WILL stay there again.

What's not to like? Fuggetabouttit!

The room had a blocked window and we could not see day light. I asked the staff why and to change the room but they said I should have mentioned that I want a room with window which is not acceptable. There was no specification in the room details that the window is blocked. They said they cannot change the room for the price we paid. The walls were not sound proof and could hear very well the neighbors. I will not book there again.

The nice updated room and bathroom, the central location, the wonderfully helpful and knowledgeable staff. It was a great stay.

The location is just great! It's near the old town, the port and the Via della Libertà. There is a lift in the building and my room was very modern.

location and room was amazing. room was big and comfortable, location was awesome, very good connection with bus and few minutes walk to the central part of the Palermo.

breakfast was not good at all. the have a contract with a bar close by, but they can not speak english, and their service and quality of what they offered was really low. If you are going with car, finding a parking to park your car can be a bit problematic.

The location of the B&B is excellent, close the restaurants, main streets and historical sites. The location is perfect in the center.

Breakfast was in a separate location nearby but just meh, absolutely nothing great about it. it was mainly a croissant coffee and small bottle of juice and the staff at this location not exactly welcoming.

Great location, clean and big rooms

I forgot my camera at the room when we left. They didn't call me and told me that they found it. They said they haven't found any thing at the room. When I returned and looked for it I could connect via Bluetooth to it, and it was laying in the reception. I wished they would call me right away when they found some forgotten items at the room.

My family of 4, including 2 teenagers, had just one night in Palermo and wanted to keep it simple. B&B in Centro’s location in Politeamo feels safe and convenient to adventurous lifestyle and attractions in Palermo. The room was very clean, the host was friendly and offered lots of ideas about local events and good restaurants nearby.

We needed to be specific about our arrival time so the host could be there for us. But once there, it was all fine!

Everything - the room was a brilliant size, clean and fresh. The staff were incredibly helpful, allowing me to leave my luggage in advance of checkin, after checking out, and were so kind to me throughout my stay! Oueded was also very helpful when I way trying to organise a route to the airport, and any other questions I had to ask her. I would definitely stay here again!

With such good fresh food in Palermo, breakfast could have had more fresh food such as bread, brioche and jam
