Everything was good, the ambience, the staff, the stay, the rooms, the restaurant, the service. I am very impressed and will be pleased to come and stay at Sidra Pristine again
More options like rooms for 5 people especially considering families with more kids.

Really smart hotel with a nice small rooftop pool. Everything was clean and modern - outstanding by Indian standards. Service was fabulous. The price was incredibly good.
Not a great area but it was super-convenient for the station which is what we wanted.

Czysto( nie dotyczy czesci basenowej), smaczne sniadania, sympatyczna obsluga.
stosunek jakosci do ceny tragiczny. Wybierajac ten Hotel kierowalem sie tym ze ma basen. Ladny , otwarty i na dachu. Dlatego zdecydowalem sie sporo wiecej za niego zaplacic. I o ile czystosc hotelu jest bez zarzutu tak w czesci basenowej brudno. Podloga nigdy nie byla myta. Raz tylko widzialem sprzatacza jak zamiatal niedopalki papierosow i papierki po batonikach. Ale nawet tego nie robia codziennie . Co gorsze, woda w basenie bardzo brudna. Nie rozumiem , jak mozna zaniedbac taki ladny basen...

The staff at the reception was really friendly and helpful. However the biggest thumbs-up goes to the great young and engaged team at the restaurant. Always kind and fast with the orders. Both the breakfast and lunch buffet were amazing, and also the dinner menu card. Amazing juices available all day long.
The room was nicely clean, perfect size and comfortable beds. The hotel has a central location, close to the metro.
The windows were not 100% tight or sound-proof, so it was easy to hear the A/C unit of the neighbor next door through the balcony doors.

The location and value for money was very good and the staff were really kind and attentive to our needs. I particularly liked the fast speed of the room service.
The gym facilities were not good and needed to be cleaned or fixed

The room was spacious, had a balcony, AC and fan available. Room was clean, had the right level of amenities.
I was not very keen of the bathroom, everytime I showered the toilet would get wet which I was not fond of and the tissues were not the best to clean the surface of toilet seat. Bathroom was quite small and shower curtain was dirty.

I liked the location, service and their pricing.
The rooms had the moisture smell when it was opened for us after opening the windows it was bearable. We hardly stayed for 12hrs, the bed wasn't comfortable which gave us a bad backache.

The staff were very helpful and organised a driver for us to locate to our next stay. Which really helped our travels. They also arranged someone for our day trip to Alleppey and always checked on us. The location was close to the metro and close to many shops.
Our stay overall was great. Bathroom was a little small but still great for a small group considering the rooms and bed were a lot of room.

Everything was good in the Hotel. The check in was very smooth and quick. We arrived little late and still hotel staff arranged the dinner in the restaurant, The food quality was very nice. Breakfast is with sufficient stuff to eat but not changing every day. The rooms with Balcony gives fresh air in the morning.
The rooms are not very well decorated.

We just stayed for 8-9hrs. Reached in by 1400hrs.& Checked out 2200hrs. So we did not taste breakfast.

This Hotel I stayed in before, is in complete disarray now. Very Bad service, no staff to take care, Breakfast was badly served. Rooms untidy. I didn't like anything. My earlier stay before Covid was very good. That's why I went again but alas it was a nightmare, They lost a good customer.

billing is little confusing. In invoice they showed me a around 22000/- but claims it will be charged around 12500/- as per my booking. nobody at reception can explain this.
