We really liked the stay in this property. The property is big enough (we were 4 adults and 3 children), the living room is spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. There is also a garden with nice terrace to sit with huge table and chairs. The quality of internet connection was good. We also used the washing machine and there was enough equipment to hang the wet clothes. We really appreciate the heating as we visited the flat in mid November (there are radiators and it is really easy to heat the flat up). The lady who met us to hand over the keys was very nice and could speak English.

As the flat is on ground floor and is connected to the cellar there might be a little mildew. I guess it would be worse in this part of year than in the summer and I think that it is normal at these types of stone buildings.

The location is exceptional! We locked ourselves out on one of the day (be careful with the doors!) and we had to call the owner lady at midnight to let us in. She was very kind and came within an hour so we didn't have to sleep in the garden.

In the bedrooms you can feel the mold and actually see it, too. In order to get towels and bed sheets we had to pay 50 EUR (we were 4 people)...

We were a group of 9 friends who were traveling to Bari for the Festa di San Nicola in May, and the Maratona delle Cattedrali. This place wildly exceeded our expectations!!! It is a beautiful home located in a gated and quiet community area in the town of Santo Spirito, about a 2 minute walk from the sea. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby, including one that graciously accommodated our large group for a late night dinner when we first arrived. The apartment has 3 separate bedrooms (one with two twin beds, one with 3 beds including a big size bunk) and one master bedroom with a private bathroom and tub. The living room also had a pull out couch and big table which was perfect for our group to sit around. The kitchen was wonderful and even stocked with some olive oil, and the garden was lovely to sit in to have coffee in the morning. There is a bus stop about a 10 minute walk away to arrive in the center of Bari, as well as a train station at Bari S. Spirito to take the train to the center. It was convenient and easy - plus our hosts were very kind! We had a car for one day and there was parking on the street. I also recommend visitors to take a quick train to Giovinazzo and some of the other towns along the coast! Grazie mille dal gruppo di Praga, abbiamo fatto un viaggio fantastico!

There are 2 via Dalmazia s in bari and the one in Santo spirito does not appear on Google maps with the result we were dropped off by taxi in bari centre from matera and we had to pay to get a taxi to Santo spirito

The house has two entrances and a large terrace.

I would like to have a microwave oven.
