It all started with amazingly warm welcome by Alessia - she introduced the place, gave perfect tips about the town (seriously I recommend you to follow all her advices - we did check them all, and were never disappointed) The rooms is lovely inside with all new furniture, perfect bathroom, comfortable bed and sofa, big windows. the location is perfect! just 5min down the stairs to the main walking street and 10 min from the sea port. Just use the elevators instead of climbing the stairs! Seriously, follow the instructions!

Alessia was an incredible host! Amazing reception and so helpful! She helped us and accommodated us in every way possible. The rooms were very clean and the ac was working perfectly fine. It’s conveniently located near the harbor for the cinque terre ferries and near the train station! The view is also incredible. Thank you Alessia!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Alessia, the owner and manager, is an incredible host. She was proactive in her communication (before, during and after my stay). She was very generous with the check-out times and offered great suggestions on places to visit. Alessia was the absolute sweetest! She is an incredible host. Very accommodating and kind, and was very helpful in giving us great tips for dinner and for our trip through Cinque Terre. We had some of our best meals at La Spezia, and thanks to her we were able to book one of the restaurants that we wanted to try while visiting. Would definitely recommend San Giorgio Boutique Rooms!

Alessia our host was extremely helpful in providing advice on arrival and ideas for activities. The room was in a very convenient part of town and was beautifully presented. Lovely extra touches providing fruit and cake . The area is very peaceful so no disturbances to our sleep. All in all 5* experience .

Our room was small but had a nice balcony to sit on when we were there. Allessia our host was wonderful and very helpful!

My husband didn’t like the lack of privacy in the bathroom. I didn’t like all the steps with our luggage. The 2 free lifts help but still not ideal if you need to avoid stairs.

Fantastic location in terms of close to Town Centre. Alessia, our host was one of the most helpful and lovely people I have ever dealt with. Nothing was a problem. Her instructions on how to reach the hotel was perfect. We were welcomed with a cold drink and check in was quick. Our room was lovely and big with a small drinks fridge and somewhere to make coffee. The fridge included a bottle of beer, a can of coke and water. Coffee and biscuits were supplied for the machine and you could make tea in the lobby area where cake and biscuits were on offer too.

Unfortunately, you need to have strong legs to reach this hotel. If you walk from town, you have so many steps to walk up. You can get the little street lift but this wasn't running on the Saturday. This place is not ideal for anyone who has problems with walking. I don't know if the room above mine was part of this hotel or if they were residents, but they were unbelievably noisy. You could hear them stomping around above your head and moving furniture around. It was quiet when they weren't in their room. The other thing I didn't love was that anyone staying in the rooms around us, could use the kettle which was outside my room. This was noisy and would have been better to have a kettle in each room but as the host and place as so lovely, I tried not to let it annoy me too much.

Clean, comfy room and the staff were friendly. Location is excellent, about 10 mins from the station and the port in the other direction.

The rooms are large, clean, comfortable and filled with natural light. The location is perfect for exploring both Cinque Terre and also La Spezia, and easy to reach from the train station with luggage. Alessia was extremely friendly, inviting and helpful, and has a clear passion for the region that she calls home. We would happily recommend this accommodation to our friends and family!

The owner, Alessia, was really helpful and welcoming. She explained beforehand how to get to the place, offered us some beverage at arrival and advice on what to visit. The room was huge, comfortable and clean.

The main door is a little bit noisy, especially at night.

Beautiful bright room with a great balcony and excellent air conditioning. Really comfortable, great location and Alessia couldnt have been more helpful and welcoming.

Really great location, the room was always spotless and v comfortable. Really great shower and memory foam pillows and mattress. I had a very warm welcome from Alessia who gave me some excellent recommendations of things to do in the area to make the most of my stay. I was there for 5 days and loved it.
