It was luxurious and clean, very comfortable. Great location to town and beach. Great facilities, great bar and restaurant. Spa was incredible. I had a facial my husband had a massage, both with Raquel. She was fab. Staff in general were so attentive and great attention to detail.

The staff were truly exceptional-- friendly and helpful. The rooms were perfect, spacious, and well designed. The rooftop is relaxing with a great view. The breakfast was delicious and again the service was attentive and professional. Can't recommend this hotel enough. Also so perfectly located on the island. This hotel is an easy decision for a trip to Palma.

The staff were great, could not do enough for us. The location is brilliant. We liked the spa pool and Turkish Steam Room

The room (an upgrade) was surprisingly small. The shower leaked out into the room making the floor treacherous. Poorly designed in my opinion. I appeared at first that there was plenty of storage, however there were a lot of wooden panels that looked, at first , like wardrobes. There were three draws and one double hanging wardrobe. So one suitcase was unpacked and the other had to be kept out, not convenient given the size of the room. The "Salt" sauna was not working and the other sauna had mould on the inside of the glass at the top of the pane. the roof pool was small and constantly occupied by children. Paying extra for parking seemed a little much given the price of the rooms.

Breakfast was amazing: a great selection and great service. The front desk was incredibly helpful with all questions. The spa was an absolute treat and a nice addition to the other amenities. The rooms were well appointed: comfortable beds, nice and elegant decor, lovely Le Labo toiletries.

Our stay at Es Princep was incredible. We had one of the best, if not the best hotel experience we've ever had. The staff was SO friendly, knowledgable, and very good at their jobs. We couldn't believe how hospitable they were. We would like to thank Noa at the front desk, as she is who we interacted with most, and she was so kind. Our cleaning of our room was also exemplary. We especially remember them leaving treats by our bed, putting our slippers on the floor near our pillow, and small touches like that, which made the experience that much sweeter. Finally, our friends needed a place to store their luggage before they left for their flight, and even though they did not stay at the hotel, the staff allowed them to store their luggage there no questions asked. It was so awesome to hear them speak so highly of the staff. The service was what stood out as the best. We would love to stay with you again, and recommend others to stay as well.

I wish the pool was bigger, but that barely bothered us as it was always empty! The breakfast was a bit expensive, but it was very delicious!

Roof top is great, modern comfortable room, bed super king size, nice spar too. Bottles of water given freely, floor cover and slippers when you get out of bed , staff excellent

We enjoyed the roof terrace with the two different zones; Relaxation by the pool, and Food and drink area. Kind and service-minded staff everywhere. Amacing breakfast. Pleasant spa-area.

Well, that was a superb experience. Very good service, clean rooms, magnificient rooftop terrace. Really very little to complain about. The price was very good considering what you get. It's just a 10 to 15 minute walk to all the attractions and restaurants in Palma. So you always have a little beautiful walk through the old town. Would definitely recommend this place. Everybody is very friendly, especially Jorge and Sergio from the front desk.

Our room on the side had very little view and was a bit dark. Well, but that happens when you book a standard room.

Very friendly and attentive staff - nothing was too much trouble. We also really enjoyed the rooftop pool, bar and restaurant area, with its fantastic views across the bay.

Breakfast was not the best on the island as the broucher said But the worst. Bacon to dry and hard to eat,,,Egg. Well boiled eggs ran like water, scrambled eggs were like a mushed up omelette..absolutely disgusting..and to see the chefs in the open plan kitchen dancing round like super stars with stupid hats on,,,,well I would sack the lot of them And get a little old lady who can cook. staff are friendly and helpful. however the swimming pool (outdoor) and gym room are very small, especially the outdoor swimming pool, don’t expect you can swim there. i paid around 1000€for 2 nights, it’s a bit overpriced. I expect the hotel will be nice than I thought.

Liked the location about a 15 mins walk to the main part of town. The hotel staff was exceptional. We loved using the pool, sauna and steam room in the spa. We got massages last min and they were able to accommodate us and the massage therapist was great. The food and drinks at the rooftop restaurant were good and had a beautiful view. Room was very comfortable
