Very clean and an amazing view

This property is in a perfect location. There are cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Public transport is also at your doorstep. There is daily room service, a full kitchen with an oven and dishwasher, plus a laundry.
The bathroom was not very clean. The glass on the verandah doors were really dirty. For a full kitchen, this is poorly stocked for cooking in.

the apartments are well appointed so I could cook everyday and wash clothes. It was only a 2 minute walk to the beach for a swim. Parking was free everyday. If I couldn't park in the free section of the carpark I could easily park on the street.
Would be great to have blackout blinds.

Location was the best. Close to beach, cafes, restaurants and shops.
When we arrived to check in, room was not ready. Was told by staff that it would be another hour and that they would contact us when ready. We waited over an hour and came back to find room was ready, but no contact was made by staff to let us know. In compensation, was given free parking underground, which was appreciated.
Was also messaged by Ramada a couple of days prior to check in asking about bed configuration. I replied queen/king beds. Arrived to find single beds made up in one bedroom.

Quiet with very comfy beds and pillows. Excellent shower with good pressure
Considering it's rated 4 star the cooking utensils looked like they were out of a charity shop. One frying pan in which everything stuck and burnt as it wasn't non stick and one other huge saucepan, nothing in-between. One big Pyrex casserole dish no other microwave dishes. No salt or pepper . Room service was very random during my 9 day stay .

Super friendly staff. Caroline at the front desk was extremely welcoming and made sure our stay was amazing. Extremely good value for money.
No pool. Couldn’t figure out the lifts.

Location was great, and I can imagine if you get an apartment that faces the ocean it would be a nice view.
Was unaware this is a building with permanent live in residents. Smoking must be permitted as our friends room smelt like smoke. Our room had an unpleasant odour, not sure what from. I also didn’t appreciate being told there was a surcharge for use of my Visa card, and when I said I would pay cash instead, they said they couldn’t accept it. Not sure that’s right to not accept legal tender.?? If your going to do that, you should advise people in advance. Beds are small and uncomfortable.

The bed had no Dooner cover on it and there was poo in the toilet on arrival also 2 of the hand Wash and sandalwood squirty bottles were empty.

Apartment was spacious, clean and the double glazed windows kept all the traffic noise to a minimum. Bed was extremely comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Great location with ocean views and plenty of eating out options.

Close to the venue of the convention we were attending
I paid extra and a year in advance for an ocean view room and didn't get one. (Leaning off the side of the east facing balcony, around a corner for a glimpse through an alley way is NOT an ocean view!)
The room was not clean, the bathroom in particular - mouldy basin and shower tiles.

appalling. mouldy smell in room. found source of smell. a pipe coming from air conditioning unit to a mouldy bucket hidden behind curtains. mouldy curtains and wall. emailed manager twice and phoned and he hasn’t replied after 6 days. the room is a health hazard and is not habitable in that condition.

Paid $250 and didn't even get inside room. Did not stay. Can't tell you about the experience because there was no experience. Can't tell you about the room because I didn't get past front desk.

The room was very spacious, modern and clean. Breakfast at the coffee shop around the corner was excellent and included a 10% discount.
Parking was difficult and the room smelt as if someone has been smoking in there.
