El agua de la ducha no estaba del todo caliente. No estaba fría, pero si te gusta el agua muy muy caliente, no lo estaba

El personal es muy amable, hablaban español, inglés e italiano y nos dieron indicaciones fáciles de seguir para llegar al centro. Por el precio que suelen tener los hoteles en Florencia, está muy bien. También tienen un parking propio, aunque es importante avisar con tiempo porque no es muy grande.

Por decir algo diría que no está muy cerca del casco histórico, pero es un paseo de media hora muy agradable y antes de darte cuenta ya has llegado.

It was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Even though my expectations weren't very high, I was extremely disappointed. First of all, the hotel is at least 30-35 minutes walking distance from the city center, that is, it is quite far, but you can find a hotel much closer for the same price. The really scary part is the room. The room was very worn, uncomfortable and dirty. It smelled strongly of dampness. The bed and interestingly the toilet were incredibly uncomfortable! As for cleaning, the covers they put on the beds were very worn out and, more importantly, covered with hair!!!! On the second day, I thought they were going to clean the room, but all they did was cover the bed in the most careless way possible with the same sheets we used the night before, and they put the hair-filled cover that I had thrown aside again!!! The wet towels we left in the hope of being replaced remained as they were, and they did not even bother to leave a new towel. Although there was no toilet paper, no new one left. The shampoo and the shower gel they gave is in a package like wet towels which means it is not enough even for one time using. There is no shelf in the shower I had to put my staff on dirty floor. I've also been to a place that was closer to the city center and perfectly clean for the same price. We switched here because of lack of availability, but it definitely doesn't deserve this price.

Room size, clean, friendly staff

Bed much too low, airco not working properly. Major drawback: walking distance to city center. You will need 40 to 45 min to get to the Duomo. This could be ok when temperatures do not exceed 36*C! Rooms could be better maintained: door locks not working properly, floor not even in door opening making it hard to open the door, airco too weak for the size of the room.

The room was exceptionally clean and the size of the room was pretty decent as well, also the AC in the room literally saved us from the heatwave. The receptionist was very nice and helpful, would love to stay here again when I visit Florence next time!

The room and bathroom are very small, but clean. The location is pretty good (20 min to the train station and old center of the town).

The location is ideal and the center of the city is about 15 to 20 minutes walk away. On top of that, the hotel staff Mario has been really friendly, responsive and ready to help and huge upside.

Great value hotel with a secure paid car park and friendly receptionist but....

Unfortunately, the ground floor bedroom had a ventilation issue which meant a very high level of condensation built up overnight in our room. The hotel appears to solve this issue by cleaning with bleach which means an overwhelming smell of bleach in the bedroom. Due to the noise level outside we couldn't have the windows open as it's on a busy road. I am glad it was only a one-night stay. The room is very small for 2 adults and a teenager.

They are friendly and willing to help us everytime we ask.

The location isn't great but is better than the room.

We paid 310 euros for two nights. The room is extremely small and there isn't enough space to keep luggage inside the room. The radiator didn't work. We were cold in the night that resulted in my partner getting sick. The room is not worth the amount we paid. Total rip off. No amenities like drinking water, coffee/tea were provided in the room. There was a spider on the bed and the sheets didn't look clean. We have lived in hotels in cheaper amounts that were spacious and clean. There was black mold on the wall behind the curtain that you see on the picture.

The owners had dyed the bath in the day we arrived and we had to smell it for 3 nights. I would not rent a room with that situation....
