The place is very clean and tidy. Rooms are cosy and the kitchen is a nice place to hang out at with friend or other guests. The hosts were welcoming and caring. Took care of all our inquiries. Highly recommended.

Extremely comfortable accomodation, possibly the best we've had so far in Georgia. Moreover, the family are an incredible example of Georgian hospitality. The room is big, clean, bed comfortable, pillows great, windows open nicely in the daytimes. The kitchen is immaculate and clean, infact the whole property is spotlessly clean throughout. The showers are clean, hot water with very good flow, toilets flush and are kept super clean and hygienic. We were able to get some washing done also. The property is in an idillic secluded peaceful closed garden with mandarin trees, very green, very peaceful. 3km walk to kobuleti shops and 25km to batumi by local buses which pass by the end of the road. We walk a lot and the location is close to the beach but also green walks into the hills possible behind the house. All in all a very tranquil and calm place to stay. This is not a place to go if you want busy party. Wonderful. Really, my daughter and I find this place difficult to fault at all. Really felt like home and a part of the family when we stayed here. With thanks and blessings. We will certainly return, no question.

It was exeptionally clean, the owners were super welcoming and nice! Beds were really comfortable. In general very very good value stay

In beginning of may it was really cold, and no heating. But with many layers of blankets it was fine

The cooking of the host was amazing. Very delicious and amazing value. Location was good and facility was clean and modern.

Wonderful location, a beautiful yard with palm trees in the nature! Very close to the beach. The owners are so friendly, welcoming and kind! For those who like the sound of birds and to relax in the beautiful sub-tropical nature of Adjara, it is a perfect place.

It is the best apartment I've ever lived.

The hosts were extremely helpful and kind from the very beginning of our stay - they transferred us from Batumi and were there to answer our questions. The village is almost empty off-season but it was not a problem since we could enjoy delicious local homemade food and wine. Also, the beach was very close and there was no problem to catch a marshrutka nearby for our return trip to Kutaisi. Also, the room was very clean and comfortable and there is an accessible kitchen for the guests. Totally worth it.

I liked the property a lot. The room looked very nice and it was comfortable. The house is in 5 minutes walk to the beach.

The only problem, which is not the host’s fault, is that the road shown by Google Maps is incorrect.
