Very good value for money

The house has lots of free parking spaces available, great for people with cars. The owner was very nice, keep in contact, and replies to messages. Gave a nice intro about the property and on how to correctly find and navigated to the property through the booking messaging system right after booking. Upon arrival the owner was hospitable, and we had a completed tour of the property upon arrival, the house is equipped with at least 2 kitchens, one full-size kitchen, and a mini kitchen both in common spaces for all guests to use with utensils available. There's also a ping-pong table/game room in the house for everyone to use.

It would be great if the smell of the room was a little better. We book a non-smoking room but we could smell there're some smoke smells in the room, which might be from people smoking around or previous tenants.

Beds, cleanliness, owner, balcony, kitchen, mutual zone, kettle.

Location, it is very hard to find the hotel, it took us 30 mins with google maps.

Great place with that you need at hand, kind host, clean rooms, kitchen with all things, nice yard.To the downtown you need to drive.

Everything was perfect, the staff was very helpful and kind. The room and facilities were very clean.

It was absolutely great! Everything is clean, 2 kitchens, great patio zone (ping-pong, kicker, uno), good internet connection. Very friendly and helpful owners. Pan Kamiński speaks 5.. 7.. 11.. maybe 25 languages 🙂 Bus stop is nearby, sometimes bus doesn't follow schedule, but in general it was good. Room was clean and comfortable, not cold. Bed mattress was too soft for me but it's my personal preference. We had mountain view. Overall impression is 10 of 10. Dziękujemy! If we decide to visit Zakopane again, we know where we will book the room next time!
