Apartment was close to Olbia town centre and well equipped with everything that you need.
The apartment didn't had central heating as advertised on the booking.com and was very cold during the night. I don't recommend staying on this apartment on March, April months.

- communication with owner - absolutely exceptional, so helpful person
- fair price for value
- missing air conditioner-not big problem (we had to open the windows) but there was only anti-mosquito net in the bedroom (not in other rooms). We opened 3 times (even morning) and had an absolute nightmare - spending the evening by killing flies and mosquitos… but this is not problem of the acommodation, maybe to install some nets there to avoid this
- the bed was slightly overused - making sounds and too soft
