Posizione, parcheggio libero per strada, gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietaria, prezzo.

Essendo circondata da piante e alberi, la zona è piena di zanzare che, pur con le piastrine e gli spray messi gentilmente a disposizione dalla proprietaria, sono talmente tante che la notte fai la guerra per ammazzarle, rendendo il soggiorno poco confortevole. Sicuramente con le zanzariere a tutte le finestre e la disinfestazione dell'area, la struttura ne acquisterebbe in comfort e in giudizio.

In generale tutto l”appartamento molto carino e accogliente, trovati bene!

Le lamentele dei vicini dicendo che la mia cagnolina abbaia da tutta la mattina, nn era vero siamo usciti ore 11,30! Per il resto ok!

The apartment is quite large, far from luxury, but it is acceptable

I woke up at night to go to the bathroom. The temperature was 15.7 degrees in the room, although we were told that the temperature was set to 21.5 degrees. Probably this is only for the day, at night being the old and uninsulated house, the temperature drops a lot. I couldn't sleep so cold. In the morning I drank my coffee wrapped in a quilt. The yard has another owner, there are warnings that you are not allowed to do anything in the yard, if someone smokes, they will only do it in the street.

The apartment was perfect! Cozy, clean, well equiped, and comfortable. The self check-in was problemless and Silvy was very informative (with a good English in written). We loved the place and we slept well. There were even coffee and morning snacks (illy coffee mashine with coffee, nutella, jam, tea etc). Wifi was good and we could park our car on the road for free.

We didn't stay in Trieste but the centrum is far, so public transport and/or car is needed.

Very kind and helpful host. The apartment is just great, small, cozy and real Italian :) There is everything you need. We recommend it.

We booked the apartment as transfer accommodation, it was perfect for this purpose. We didn't have to go into the city, it was easy to park. Silvy also prepared breakfast for us, for which we are very grateful! The check-in was easy and smooth, Silvy sent us a video tutorial about it. The described services and equipment were fully available and worked perfectly. Silvy responded to messages helpfully and flexibly. We received a correct and detailed invoice. The wifi was great

It would be better if you clearly inform the guest about the payment method after the reservation. On the page, it says "This property only accepts cash payments", but at the same time we also learn that the entry is made using a key safe, and we do not meet the host. We were uncertain about the method of payment before arrival, so we transferred the money, sorry.
