Beautiful view, exelent location. Big, comfortable apartment for four. My recomendation!

The size

Location of key pick up is a joke. 1 set of keys for 3 people, if we wanted another set it was €30 deposit then we would have to drop the keys off in the office (25 min drive away) when leaving 🙄 The owners belongings were a mess. It was very noisy from the passing trains. Cold. Uncomfortable bed and linen were not good. The bath plug is the wrong size. Not even a bottle of water in the fridge. No lift key. The area is lifeless. Bad response from agent when I gave them feedback. I will never use this company again.

The size of the unit was good. The view, except for certain aspects, was nice. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was good as well has sufficient hot water. There was an outlet next to the bed.

The noise from the train tracks - even with the window closed and metal curtain down, the noise of the trains could be heard during the night. The noise on the balcony from the highway also caused it not to be enjoyable. The coffee maker did not work. There was a smell in the kitchen. The unit was on the 7th floor - there was an elevator, but the key to use was not included with the keys picked up from the reception desk, so had to carry my bags up the 8 flights.

The process for collecting the key is a nightmare. It is many kilometers away from the apartment. The place to collect has no parking available around. This procedure is a terrible service. Also, they only accept cash to pay the municipal tax. That's weird, I was told that they also pay in cash to the city town hall. Last but not the least, there isn't any towel for the table, no kitchen paper or napkins and only 1 dose for the washing machine

Very spacious unit. Clean and lots of lighting. Good location and close to a metro station.

Terrible setup for key collection. You have to go all the way downtown to pick up and then drop off the key. It's a hassle. It was not easy nor clearly outlined in the booking process.
