Le foto della struttura non rispecchiano la realta', si fa confusione con i 2 alloggi mischiando le foto delle stanze delle 2 cucine e dei bagni, le foto illustrano una struttura nuovissima ma nella realtà è tutto molto più vecchio e sporco! Appena siamo arrivati abbiamo trovato l'appartamento con la spazzatura (5 sacchi pieni) degli ospiti precedenti e il proprietario in un primo momento disponibile non ha più risposto al telefono se non alle 23:50 chiedendo se poteva rimuovere la spazzatura, a quell'ora con 2 bambini piccoli e una puzza infernale! Siamo andati con 2 bambini piccoli e le condizioni della pulizia generale dell'alloggio erano sgradevoli, balconi con escrementi di piccioni, testata del letto con aloni di sporco (questo da l'idea della pulizia della casa) le poltrone e sedie tutte macchiate e sporche, le porte rovinate con mancanza di pittura e aloni di sporco attorno alla maniglia del bagno; mancavano i comodini e l'armadio di una camera da letto era inutilizzabile perché chiuso con i lucchetti. Il proprietario non ha capito la condizioni gravi del suo alloggio e non ha neppure riconosciuto il rimborso dopo tutto il disagio che ha creato. Inoltre il wi-fi non esiste!

Troppo rumorosa avendo infissi vecchi , l’appartamento è situato al primo piano si sentono i rumori della strada

It was very central, a spacious well laid out apartment, spotlessly clean. Check-in was very easy.

No air conditioning but that wasn’t an issue for us. Shower was very tight and difficult to manoeuvre in but lots of hot water.

L'edificio era trasandato, con porte dell'ingresso scrostate che davano un'impressione pessima. L'appartamento era discreto, ma cucina e bagno erano molto brutti, datati non accoglienti.

absolutely nothing except for the convenient location

I wish I could rate it as zero as it was an absolute disaster We have arrived at the property at night; we stayed for an hour and left afterwards because of the safety issues. At 1AM, at night we had to search for the hotel to stay in The property is not exactly what it is on the photos, they decided not to post the whole picture of this apartment, and how it actually looks like No one has told us that we were going to sleep at night with an open main door. Main door can not be locked, we checked it about 15 times pushing it hard, pressing lock button and etc. Doesn’t work. That basically means that anyone from the outside can easily access the apartment by just pulling the doorknob and there is zero safety in that, especially at the first floor and in the center of Palermo We were also not aware that the utility room was an open space to the roof and basically under the sky with access to the apartment right through that space directly through the roof, so again basically anyone from the streets can access the apartment and it’s scary at night especially on the first floor and with a child Third thing is also concerning safety.

Beautiful apartment with a terrific outdoor terrace in a very central location. Our host Giuseppe was excellent and very helpful. Easily the best host during our 3 week tour of Sicily.
