Buena onda joven !
La habitación la ofrecen con vista al río pero la vista es parcial y lateral en una sola ventana ! No me gustó sentirme engañado !

La atención del personal, el desayuno, la ubicación, la comodidad de la cama, el silencio de las habitaciones. Todo excelente.

Quarto amplo, cama king e confortável. Um bom chuveiro. O Hall de entrada super moderno, oferecendo na andar ( Térreo ) café da da manhã, uma mesa de bilhar, bar , e da para tomar um cafezinho da tarde e comer umas guloseimas.
Acho que a piscina poderia ser aquecida e não climatizada.

La ubicación es excelente, el desayuno completo y variado y el personal muy atento. Súper recomendable.

Quarto amplo, cama muito boa, banho com jato de água forte, muito confortável. Funcionários muito atenciosos.
Café da manhã fantástico, com muitas opções de frutas, sucos, pães e etc… muito bom!
O quarto ao lado tinha crianças e o isolamento acústico não foi dos melhores, pois fizeram muito barulho até bem tarde…

Bom quarto e lobby funcional
Os serviços foram ruins. No café da manhã as mesas ficavam sujas e demorava muito até deixarem a mesa probta pro proximo hospede usar. Serviço de arrumação de quarto extremamente lento (talvez sobrecarregado). As 18h ainda não tinham arrumado o quarto.
Sugiro ainda como detalhe: colocar um local pra pendurar a toalha de mão na pia e um lical no box do chuveiro pra acindicionar o sanonete e shampoo que o hospede prefira usar ao do hotel.Estacionamento do hotel lotado. Tive que parar no predio ao lado.

Abendessen bei Halbpension ist ein wenig unorganisiert.

I had planned to pay cash, and had asked the staff in advance if I could do so, and was told that I could.
When I checked out and tried to pay, they told me that they did not accept “old”dollar bills, whatever that means. The dollar bills were just as good as any, in fact I had withdrawn the bills from the bank just a while earlier. there was no visible sign informing of this. Luckily, I had other means of payment available. Very poor business practice, more so considering it’s a hotel chain.

This was a quirky, but lovely hotel. The reception, restaurant, bar and lounge all seemed to be blended into one, but that's okay. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was fine. Location very good.. Very clean and well organized.. Rooms quite comfortable. Location and value good
Couple of items in room needed attention:
Drawer in closet sticking out so that door to closet could not be moved easily.
Plastic flange on bottom of shower door missing. Rolled up towel just outside consequently soaking wet, and not much use for drying feet. Past stay this was also an issue, except that flange was on backwards, and same result.
Music could be a little lower in lobby.
You need a toaster in dining room. Only thing to use appeared to be a waffle iron.
