Reasonable price, however I would prefer to pay more for better quality.

No code received so I couldn’t enter the appointment and had to wait in front of the door at 1AM. Booked for 4 person and only one double bed was ready. Sofa meant for the other two people was unusable as the surface was uneven. Other minor damages and disturbances in the apartment. Avoid.

Confirming arrangements for accessing the property was difficult

it had everything you needed, well stocked kitchen, coffee machine, brilliant shower and everything felt new & clean.

Very nice, clean and cozy apartment, well equipped. We stayed only for one night, but enjoyed it. Be careful in the kitchen, the alarm for smokes is quite sensitive ;)

Apartment is located in basement with not nice entrance. The main door opened freely as soon as the neighbor slammed.

It was really cozy, nice and helpfull staff.

We were little bit struggling with the electric stove, wasn’t working properly and alarm was beeping, but they were saying that they are going to repair it. Otherwise nice stay, worth the money.

Cleaner was very kind and helped us whenever we needed anything. Location was convenient with a supermarket nearby and public transport.

Apartment was in the basement which was not clear from the photos, had to call multiple times to get a response/instructions from the owners/staff (sometimes they wouldn't answer at all), bed was uncomfortable/very worn, kitchen stove alarm kept going off whenever we would use the stove and had to have the power reset from the laundry.

Joy was friendly and offered very useful information on how to get around.

Very comfortable

This place was everything one needs. After having traveled for a week in Norway, staying in all sorts of different cottages where the hosts charge you for bed linens, towels and mysterious cleaning fees, this place was a pleasant surprise. It had everything included in the price. No unexpected extra charges were applied. It was beautiful and quiet studio, located close to Trondheim.

The mattress was a bit sagging, needs replacing. But other than that, everything was great.

Near a Bus Stop and a Food Store, very good brochure with important information about the location and the town.

Upon arrival I was given a tiny basement studio and when I said that this is not what I booked, I was told that it is. During the time I was sorting out the mistake with the host, my companions were transporting bags from the car to the apartment under heavy rain. Eventually the host realised that I did book the larger flat and then we had to move everything back under the pouring rain again. It should not be this difficult to keep track of your guests, extremely unprofessional.

The host personally never showed up. All information only has been delivered by the father.
