Seng var oppreis til en. Måtte ketefram ekstra dyne i en plastsekk høyt i et skap. Samme med håndklær. Ett nattbord og ett leselys ved senga. Elendig huskeseng og for tykke puter uten noe annet å velge EN krok til å henge håndkle på. Håpløst å få kontakt m resepsjon fra parkeringskjeller måtte gå ut og rundt kvartalet. Kommer IKKE tilbake dit. !!!!

Good breakfast. Enough choice. Love the evening meal! But the staff needs to make sure there is enough food - the last people to arrive didn’t get the same choice.

This Hotel is too hot! The rooms and hallways were like a sauna. Nothing was fixed, even though we asked. Housekeeping does not tidy rooms during the day. We asked why, and they said because of climate - they don’t want to wash bedding so often. All we wanted was our beds to be made, not new bedding! They said we could have ordered housekeeping before, but we did not know it was not included. This is just a lowering of standards that does not look good. Staff seem overworked in general.

Great location, nice reception and extra bed without additional charge. Nice and full breakfast.

Evening meal - was without soup, while it was noticed in description in booking.com that should be soup.

Great location-easy 10 minutes from station. Everything we required was walking distance. Staff friendly. Excellent breakfast and light dinner. Room was clean and plenty of room for us. Would stay here again

Small room. not very clean. part of carpet in dining are under tables quite dirty. overall condition of room was poor. Shower leaked over bathroom floor. Bed was not comfortable. food in the evening was not interesting. Dry frozen fish and French fries . Salads were good. I would not recommend a stay. Luggage room was small and the light did not work. staff at front desk were not interested in trying to solve the problem.

As vegeterians the four dinners were not really attractiv

The breakfast was good and the evening meal adequate. The location was excellent. The waffles in the afternoon were excellent.

Our room was a bit shabby, the chairs worn, and not a bit like the comfort of the Clarion in Bodø where we stayed the night before. The dining room was very busy and we had to queue for food on one evening as they couldn’t keep up with demand.

Location - Good location in the central area of Trondheim. Staff - They were very kind to us. Access to the room - They have two lifts working normally. Bed - Clean sheets, comfortable pillows and matress. Bathroom - Clean shower area and clean toilet. Water temperature control is OK. Breakfast - Enough number of varieties and tasty food. Overall - It was a good choice for us per the price we paid. Parking - We stayed just for one night. We parked our car on Brattorgata street. Free from 20:00 to 08:00. From 08:00-20:00 you can park for 3 hours subject to payment. We payed for parking using the mobile app.

First impression - Before arrival, I called the hotel reception to get advice for parking more than 3 times and nobody replied. After our arrival to the hotel we waited for about 5 minutes for the receptionist to show up. Room in general - They have really old furnitures which gives you the feeling that the room is not clean.

Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Kind staff and great bathroom.

Overall we found it a bit overpriced, dinner was only one course with two different salad options. It lacked variety and desserts. It wasn't a big problem for us but we expected a bit more.

We had a great stay. The beds are great, the rooms are very clean and the staff is very friendly.

Meals are included, but the evening meals were unfortunately not suitable for vegetarians.
