The ac was amazing, it smelled wonderful, had everything you needed. It felt like a home. And I loved the location, it felt quiet and peaceful.
Nothing. However people who are less mobile may have trouble going up the hill to get there.

Breakfast and location were very good. Price was very good for the type of accommodation when compared to other places in the same city.
Despite being across Uffizi, the location is uphill. Very steep. Do not recommend it to old people.
The booking site is misleading. We had no view at all because they gave us the first flour.

Die virtuelle Rezeption mit dem Kontakt über WhatsApp hat wunderbar funktioniert. Ich fühlte mich jederzeit betreut.
Das Servicepersonal vor Ort (von 8-15 Uhr) war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung sehr geschmackvoll und es war alles vorhanden, was gebraucht wird, um sich auch mal selbst zu Verpflegen.
Es war einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Die Lage ist eine Wucht, wenn auch etwas sportlich. Denn der Anstieg ist für Personen mit wenig Kondition an den ersten Tagen eine Herausforderung 😆.
Hier gibt es nichts zu vermerken.

Great apartment in a lovely quirky building with wonderful views and a very good breakfast.
It’s on the 4th floor and the lift only goes to the 2nd floor so need to carry cases up 2 flights and 45 steps up from town, but definitely worth it for the amazing views.

We stayed in Il Cipresso apartment and the location is perfect close enough to the main action but still peaceful at the same time. The beds were nice and comfy, the housekeeper was very sweet and we got served a lovely breakfast each morning! I enjoyed the view over the whole of Florence.
If you are not mobile or good with steep streets you do have to go up some steps and a slope to the apartments but we were young and active so no issue for us. I am very sensitive to noise so I struggled with hearing people in the apartment moving around upstairs, the bell ringing from the duomo and the lift stopping outside our room which had loud music playing inside. So maybe take some earplugs if you need it :).

This is a great place to stay for a few days in Florence. It is a short walk to the Ponte Vecchio and about 15 minutes to the centre of the city. We enjoyed the quietness of the apartment, the high comfort (bathroom, bedroom, heating, kitchen) of the apartment and the delicious breakfast in the morning. Internet was excellent! Communication with the host (mostly per WhatsApp) was super! Highly recommended!!
One (very) minor thing was the extra costs per night of having our dog with us, which was a bit on the high side compared to what we are used to.

mattress was quite hard. each day the room was cleaned however there were several mosquitos that were in the room possibly let in during the cleaning process.
