we stayed only one night. wr were absolutely not happy there. No one was there at the time we mentionned to arrive, the house was not prepared for us, cockroache half alive on (!) the table, the camp beds around the pool were durty, the duvet felt smelly and musty and the man on the phone was not very kind or cooperative. so we left after just one night.

The location, a few kilometers outside Essouira, was very nice and quiet. It has a beautiful pool and outdoor kitchen and eating area.

Lovely property and lovely people. comfy rooms and agreeable swimming pool area. Very calm location Would love to return some time in the future.

Spacious, clean, wonderful staff Badiaa and her husband were helpful. I would defintely come back next time i am around.

Nothing

Very, very nice villa cant fault the property one bit. It was very luxurious just like the photos. However there are a few things to note which werent really a negative but something maybe others can benefit from. The property is very far out from shops - which we knew already but can be a problem with very young kids. We had ours meals ordered from the owners which was made at the onsight restaurant, this was a bit of a problem as my 2 year old was fussy and if meals werent on (her) time my lo would cry and get very irritated. I would highly recommend some sort of shopping groceries be taken with you such as teabags, coffee, sugar milk, hand wash and toilet rolls as we ran out on the first day. Didnt really want to keep on asking and we were a group of 7 or hire a car - we were given the option but we stayed at the city for 2 nights already and just wanted to chill out. There were plenty of towels and kitchen was well equipped with washing machine, microwave, kettle, dish washer etc. The hostess Badiaa was an absolute gem - her cooking was very nice. Although we had a language barrier we still managed to understand each other okay ish (google translate) and although the property states no wifi - we were given a one 😉 Pool was very nice but not suitable for my nearly 3 year old as it was too cold for her but once we (adults) were in it was fine after a while. Cant really fault the place in anyway it was a “holiday luxury villa” picture perfect. 😎 The outside area had an outdoor dining area, seating area, with bbq and oven and bluetooth speakers. Also had showers outside and outside toilets so no need to go inside when dripping wet from pool. Hammam is still being built, another bonus cant wait to go again. And we had a power cut but the owners promptly fixed the issue within minutes someone came and fixed it - we however enjoyed it as we lit candles and gathered together.

The breakfast was very basic with bread and hard boiled eggs could have been better. But when i asked for the next days breakfast it was how i ordered, very yummy. The tagine we ordered for a group of 7 was literally one whole chicken, perfect for a group of 4 but not 7! 2 would have been better, but im sure next time we stay we will ask for this and without hesitation itll be given. Same for the meat tagine - not enough meat pieces to go around for the 7 of us. I would like the owners to take this as positive feedback because i think as i didnt understand the language i couldnt explain properly. Or it could be that the 5 men in my group were too greedy😂. However im 100% sure if I had asked we would have been given more. When the food is good you always want more!! Maybe some instructions on the washing machine and dishwasher im just useless at times using different models. Would i stay again, yes definitely highly recommended will be back once travel restrictions are lifted.

It was a very pleasant stay, everything well arranged and very kind response. Not too far from beach and town, easy to find and meticulously clean.

Villa owner was easy to call, great staff, food was yummy.
