Great location, great room, and wonderful staff! The location is only a 5 minute walk from Interlaken West train station, which is super convenient and can save lots of time. The room is comfy and feels like home. Last but not least, the owner is super friendly and helpful. I have zero issues in checking in and out. Bettina always helps us with anything we need, and I enjoy talking to her and receive lots of advice about places and restaurants.

The pillows are a bit softer than I prefer, but I still don't have any sleep issues.

Just a short from Interlaken West Train station and Interlaken local bus stop. Stone throw away from Migros grocery chain store. Can see snow top mountain from the windows***. Nice little kitchen with untencils. Owner always show up at the place. Short walk to Italian, Chinese, Thai, Indian restaurant and coffee shops.

When we stay @ VRBO in USA there always coffee/Sugar/Creamer. But there is NONE in this place, may be it is european way. Pillows are big but extremely soft. There is no elevator to carry luggage to 3rd floor. ***Building is facing a school and therefore we had to pull down windows curtain during the stay. That is big upset not to be able to enjoy the outside scenery.

The location was actually pretty great, a short walk to the west station, a large Migros supermarket, and some shops and restaurants nearby. We stayed a few nights and were able to reach Grindelwald, Bern, Lauterbrunnen and Mürren fairly easily by train. Instructions was clear so it was very easy to get keys to our room. The room itself was very spacious, clean and comfortable, fairly cozy feeling. It was well equipped overall, things you'd expect as standard in an apartment with a kitchen. I quite liked the strong water pressure in the shower, despite the bathroom looking slightly dated.

We picked a room on the top floor so we had to lug our large luggages up the stairs. We expected that but just something to note. I'd say maybe the bathroom itself was slightly dark, shower curtain being ridiculously long, and not a lot of space to put things. It would be nice to have some more spare tissue in the apartment just in terms for convenience, we had to pick up some more at the supermarket for a few nights stay. Maybe some blinds on the window in the bedroom would be good to block out some light in the morning.

Everything is perfect! The location is less than 5 mins walk from train station. All equipment, kitchenware and other stuff are well prepare for us when we arrived. And Thomas was very nice as the apartment has many stair, he help carry all the big bag for us with no hesitate.

For the price, you can’t beat the location, size, cleanliness, and amenities. The hosts were responsive and polite. Would recommend for sure
