well, when you walk in the door all you could smell was Mould the carports and lounge chairs i would throw them out and burn them. I don't think anyone could clean them. place need to have a major overhaul or bulldoze. perfect location but no upkeep at all. they advertise they place under two name so watch that.

The location. The staff were helpful.

The corridor carpets are filthy. The couch in our room was covered in stains and the cushions had food marks on them. The soap holder in the shower was broken & a potential hazard for a child or an adult if they bent down to pick something up & hit their head on the jagged edges. The noise from within the building was terrible & made sleep difficult. There was a very loud & abusive fight going on in the car park below us during the night. The people above us let children run up and down until all hours & then sounded like they were dragging furniture around the room for hours. We were woken early in the morning by someone repeatedly banging loudly on a door up the corridor. There is no air conditioning to the bedrooms.

The room had a terrible smell the furniture was stained tv remote was broken there where cockroaches in the shower and the place stunk of cannibus we ended up leaving and not even staying the night it was that bad tried contacting management several times with no reply and never recieved the $150 bond back how a place like this is able to even operate I'll never know

The other guests were up all night banging bashing shouting screaming swearing even children . The police turned up one night around midnight. I would not recommend this hotel anyone

The photos and description advertised online did not match the state of the poorly run down half way house accommodation we were met with. Upon arrival to the carpark, there were a lot of people hanging around smoking and drinking and sleeping in the carpark. We were approached by a person who lives there as soon as we exited our vehicles, asking us for smokes. Once entering the back entrance, there 3 people with all of their belongings who were homeless, sitting on the ground of the entrance swearing and carrying on. Once in yhe elevator, we were met by a cleaner who was cleaning someone bodily fluids out of the elevator. When we arrived to our room, we noticed a strong cigarette odour in the hall, and that the door to our room had just been replaced with a plywood door which did not make us feel safe at all. The room itself stunk of cigarette and had cockroaches in it. The stove, fridge and washing machine was absolutely disgusting. The bedding itself was horrible and stunk too. My partner and I headed down to our vehicles about an hour later to double check that they were locked and we were met by 2 drunks who were harassing us to buy their bikes , and whan we declined proceeded to harass us for money. This place is quite obviously a half way house/ emergency accomodation. You should not be renting out rooms to anyone with this crowd hanging around. The place needs a thorough clean and replacing of all carpets as the halls and rooms reek of cigarette. We were not expecting to pay $190 for one night for this absolute trash of stay. The place itself feels extremely unsafe and we will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Steer clear at all costs.

The room was filthy and smelled horrible. Stains everywhere and sheets smelled like they hadn't been washed in a while. Booked for 3 nights and could only stay one cause it was that bad. I was promised to get my money back from the booking and i haven't received it. Have been waiting for weeks.

Not clean. Although I fully paid through Booking.com, the reception took a deposit of $177 from my credit card. At the end of my stay they only refunded $144 to my credit card. I wrote to them to ask about this but no reply. Sent a reminder mail again and still no reply. Also the fan in one room could not be switched off and in the other room could not switch on. Reported to the reception but they said there's no maintenance staff there at that time and could only come the next day but we would have checked out by then. Also met another guest and he told me someone broke into his car which was parked at the property and stole his things.
