Clean and comfy room

The bed in Thailand seems to be a bit harder than other countries. The view is not so good as the place is far from the main area

The location was good, only 15minute walk to the BTS , but if you’re with a family it may not be the best location because it’s in the middle of nowhere underneath an under-path next to a busy road 

Only one key card and apartment was in need of redecoration. Also it wasn’t very clean. The surrounding area is quite rundown with small alleys to get to shops not very suitable for young family.

The smell on 2nd floor at E Block from everywhere. We have to closed door, can’t stand on lobby to talk or doing anything because of its.

my apartment in 2nd floor, outside they got that smell from garbage room. it is not going anyway still smelly everyday. We have to closed dổ tight.

Pool was good, kids loved it. Staff were very prompt to answer emails and always very polite and helpful.

Location too far from everywhere, spent lots of money on transport. Bedding and divans very poor, little padding, one could feel springs digging into to you thus very hard to sleep or sit on them Both wardrobe broken, and one section come down from ceiling. Workman come, could not fix it, but took doors down so we could access our clothing. Kitchenette not equipped for 12 days stay, needed everything. Keys of apartment and access key provided X 1 set. I was refused a second set. This made accessing the I apartment very difficult especially in view of the fact that we were a family with children . Sorry but our stay at Blossom Condo was somewhat disappointing .

Beautiful, clean, safe and well equipped studio in a great condo. We stayed 15 days with my partner and we had a great time there. The condo is relatively calm and quiet. We stayed in building D so from the balcony we couldn't here the highway nearby. The location is ok. 4mins walking from 7/11 and 8 from local street food restaurants. The pool was always very clean and there is enough chairs and table for you to relax. The gym is relatively small. The restaurants and cafés inside the condo are great but relatively more expensive than what you can find outside. The big plus was the staff in charge who has been very responsive addressing the few requests we had. The self-check in was also super smooth and accurate which made the process quite easy when we arrived.

The number of cooking utensils and pots / pans could be improved.

we stayed for two weeks.Noisy as it was facing Highway. Hard bed in both bedrooms. We struggle to have a descent sleep.No English channels.Sofa bed in a living room worn out and dirty cover.Shower heads weren’t functioning well. But WiFi was strong!

A small apartment with bedroom behind glassed doors: big wardrobe with hangers, balcony with washing machine, small kitchen (recommend to wash the kitchenware first), big fridge, swimming pool on the territory of the condo with a garden around it, very close to the centre of the city but not walking distance (took cab all the time).

Facilities: - Iron soil was burnt and in some sticky stuff, so couldn't use the iron - very small apartment not enough space for a family with a kid (had to move unnecessary things to the balcony and move the sofa from the centre of the room to the side) - unbelievable dirty floor - changed water bucket 4 times during mopping still the water was black, seems like nobody ever washed under the carpet, the carpet was all dirty too and since there's no vacuum we put it to the balcony - bad toilet flushing - had to help flushing it with the sprayer (hose) several times - bathroom is spacious but there is no door for the shower cabin which means all water is on the ground, slippery and wet all the time - kitchen is small, we had to buy our own things in order to be able to cook, local pans were dirty and burnt, no saucepan (we left there which we bought) - not possible to contact the owner if you need to, only message on whatsapp or line, we asked for a cot or bed clothes and a towel for our baby a month before our stay, the whole time message was not even read, 2 days prior to our arrival we didn't even know if there would be someone to let us in or they don't work at all as they kept ignoring all messages on booking.com and through messengers. The owner just tells you where to find the key when they finally choose to message you. The building itself consists of lots of apartments (rooms) and looks like very long hallwalk with rooms to the left and to the right, I'd say like a thousand of people live there and the pool is for several of such buildings, imagine the amount of people in the pool, one day we saw the water all green and yellow. One guest also said covid was found in the building. Location: nothing is around: a temple which we didn't visit, on the territory of the condo there are some very expensive cafes and a highway right next to the condo (constant noise from ambulance sirens at night).
