Well, only good thing could be they have a self service laundry available at the place and 7/11 is just in front.

Old and dirty room unlike in the pictures shown, totally different from the pictures. May be the pictures were from 20 years ago or so probably and all the furniture has stains and broken stuff. The shower has a leak problem and no proper water coming out to get a good shower. I had to check the pipe and found out the plastic pipe inside of the shower was damaged and leaking and I had to repair myself to get a good shower. The chairs are really look nasty and lots of stains on it. The bedsheets and pillow cases seems disgusting too , not so fresh, and I hope they did wash before they gave me the room, but I don't like the look of the sheets and covers and not very comfortable using them, if I was with a family I would definitely change the place to stay. All the rooms are located on 1st floor and 2nd floor, and there is no lift, only stairs. The distance to BTS is 7 minutes walking, and to MRT is about 15 minutes walking. And it appears walk-in rate is much cheaper than booking.com.

Møg beskidt… Bla var sengetøjet var ikke skiftet siden sidste gæst. Blod, makeup og snavs på det. Det hele trænger til en opdatering. Billederne hænger ikke sammen med virkeligheden.

Es liegt sehr zentral, zu Fuß kann man viel erleben. Das Personal ist sehr nett - die Kommunikation ist sehr schwer.

Die Ausstattung ist sehr veraltet und auf das nötigste beschränkt. Leider alles sehr alt und die Sauberkeit muss man mit Humor nehmen. Das Personal versteht leider nur Thai, Englisch ist nicht ansatzweise eine Option.

internet problems

Old style Bangkok guest house. Room and internal facilities completely adequate. Quiet. No instrusive staff - could come and go unnoticed. Great if you don't like to be fussed over. No restaurant (I prefer to eat locally) but several coffee shops and an alleyway street market adjacent to the hotel with plentiful street food. Short walk to BTS public transport and other shops/malls.

Friendly staff, great location for nightlife and food. Laundry outside is a great place to people watch and meet fellow travellers.
