room was spotless clean and everything as advertised. breakfast is huge with a large variety of items to choose from. chef cooks an omelet for you on the spot, according to the ingredients which you select. pool area is also nice with a big nice kiosk serving everything.

nothing negative about this place, considering also it was august the busiest time of the year, the service of this hotel is always at the highest standard!

Koko the entertainer was the best especially with the kids

The hotel is just a few minutes away from the heart of Ayia Napa. The room was clean and had an amazing view of the sea. It’s nearby to an amazing beach with crystal clear waters. The breakfast has a variety of choices and the freshly made omelette is the best! The staff was very friendly and polite always helpful to every need we had. It’s a safe choice if you want to enjoy your vacation and escape from the routine. You should definitely try their spa services.

Very clean and spaciour rooms.

Stylish, clean, comfy room. Bathroom is cool as well. Reasonably sized outdoor pool. The whole hotel looks really good. Free parking. Landa beach is just a few minutes walking, and awesome. The breakfast is very good.

The restaurant is priced a bit high. The drinks were far below the level of the neighboring venues.

- the room was big and clean - the staff at the hotel was polite and helpful. Even if the check in starts at 15:00, we were given the room at 12 - towels are changed daily and the bed lingerie is changed every 3 days - with 27-29 degrees outside, the room remained cool and the AC wasn’t really needed - they have some form of entertainment every night which is a plus - the hotel is ideally located if you have a car. it’s priced lower than the ones on the beach and you can easily walk to Makronissos and Landa beaches. There’s a supermarket across the street so you can get drinks and sweets and some souvenirs from there. If you want to go to Konnos or Protaras, in 1 minute you’re in the highway so you don’t lose time crossing Ayia Napa - we only had breakfast, but you can get all the meals here. It was plentiful and it had pretty much everything you wanted

- the cleaning lady didn’t like adding toilet paper when it was finished, we had to request it twice - the breakfast quality could be improved by adding better products and varying some of them. The only thing that changed were the pancakes with goffres.

Sauna wasn't ready by the time we booked it, we needed to wait for it to get hot and then by the time we had to leave it wasn't on the right temperature. But it's a insignificant detail.

Great location, great pool. There is a shop across the street where you cand find almost everything. Friendly staff and great breakfast. I recommend it !

The staff could be more aware of the surroundings and be able to give some tips. We wanted to do something on a rainy day and they just raised their shoulders. But, the internet gives you all. Also there was some mold in 2 of our bathroom rooms
