The hotel and room we stayed in (superior room) was very luxurious and much better than our expectations. Special thanks to Sheline for accommodating my mum and I with an early check in. Our stay in Dubai was only for 1.5 day so the early check in really helped us maximise our stay.

The staff was great. The room is spacious, clean and comfort.

Lightning on bath and bed rooms is not easy. Internet is slow

Мой любимый отель в Дубаи❤️ люди, которые тут работают, номера, чистота, все на высшем уровне на 10 из 10 Я воспользовалась консьерж сервисом и мне помогли подобрать прекрасный ресторан и забронировали уникальный столик с видом на Бурж Халифа, моя бизнес встреча прошла просто супер! Партнеры удивились, как нам это удалось, что помогло мне сразу их расположить😄 Обязательно проведите время у бассейна. Там очень внимательный персонал, сначала они раздали прохладные полотенца и воду, а через час угостили всех гостей ванильным мороженом, что было просто идеально в жаркий день! Каждое утро на завтраке меня встречала очень милая и приятная девушка. Когда я пришла во второй раз она сказала: «Вы сегодня проснулись раньше» это подарило мне теплое чувство уюта, заботы и внимания, как будто я дома.

הגענו לכמה ימים לעבודה המיקום של המלון מצוין קרוב לקניון ולבורג עוד לפני שהגנו פנו אלינו מהמלון ושאלו אם הם יוכלו לעזור לנו ביקשנו עזרה בהזמנת כמה מסעדות ואטרקציות והכל נענה בחיוב וגם הצליחו להזמין לנו הכל. הצוות אדיב ברמה טובה ביותר ארוחת בוקר ממש טובה ניקו לנו את החדר פעמיים ביום. באמת שאין לי שום דבר רע לומר הכל היה מעל ומעבר.

Great location, facilities & staff are nice. Food was great. They offer free coffee everyday and 2 pcs of clothes for ironing.

They forget to change the robes, they do not put napkins when they clean the room ! Last 2 days i was out of it completely !! Room has smoking smell !! They need to be aware of that even if the room for smoking!! Also they haven’t picked us from the airport!! In spite of we already have made the request by email !! But they make it up for us anyway.

Where do u start. Check in seamless... The ambience is stunning, the scent of the place is exquisite, food so yummy had breakfast at Basta and also dinned at the Tabu restaurant. The Butler service is top notch.... Anthony thank you for curating a special birthday for me. Christmae thank you.... the best concierge support everrrrr.... you got me experiencing Dubai in a whole new light! Thanks, Abdul, for the express checkout! Hianeef for chauffeuring me to the airport on time. Last but no means the least .... the world's best Hotel Manager Caroline! Thanks for making me feel like a super star......no scratch that.......making me feel like a queen, royalty! Can't ever forget this trip to Dubai.... thank you once again! I am coming back and bringing everyone with me and I'm for sure telling everyone I know ........St Regis Dubai Downtown is Littttttt!

سكنت لمدة 5 ليالي من ضمن خطتي لشهر العسل في جناح باطلالة على القناة المائية. المكان غاية في الاناقة والحيوية وموجود في موقع مميز. لا تقلق بشأن السيارة لأن المواقف مجانية ومكيفة ومميزة مع خدمة valet parking المجانية.. يتم تعيين خادم شخصي يساعدك بكل التفاصيل المميزة (بالمناسبة شكرا للسيد Atif صدقني انني اخطط العودة وانت احد الاسباب ) حيث أعد مفاجأة مجانيه بالكامل لاحتفال شهر العسل داخل الغرفة مع اني فقط طلبت منه عن طريق الواتس تجهيز حوض الاستحمام الخاص كانت تبك التجربة اجمل لدي من بعض تجاربي الكبيرة في دبي .. المطعم الخاص بالفندق كان استثنائي وجدا جدا لذيذ ومميز وليس كبعض الفنادق.. عدت لاحقا له لأجرب كرات اللحم مرة اخرى ولكني وجدت انه لا يقدم طلبات سوى لسكان الفندق القهوة وبعض الطلبات مجانية طوال الوقت والفطور لذيذ ايضا 👏👏 يقدمون خدمة ترتيب الملابس وتجهيز الحقائب ولكني لم احتج اليها ، ايضا منتجات الحمام لديهم مميزة جدا وكانوا كرماء بتقديمها بكميات كبيرة الاطلالة استثنائية جدا ❤️❤️🩵🩵🩵💚💚💚🤍🤍 تعطل لدينا جهاز تصنيع القهوة واحضر الموظف جهاز جديد 🥰 اعددت لزوجتي مفاجأة مساج كامل للجسم وكانوا كرماء بتقديم المشروبات والعصير والكعك لها ، عادت لي وهي غااية بالسعادة وتستمر بتذكر تلك اللحظات الجميلة شكرا سارة وشكرا بقية الموظفين المميزين الذي لا استطيع تذكر اسماءكم .. كنتم رائعين للغاية 🩵🤍💚❤️

I like the staff, the room itself, and the service. We were treated so well by everyone there. The view is excellent, and the hotel is located next to a bunch of restaurants. You can order delivery and they'll bring it to your room.

It's a bit far away from Dubai Mall, if you plan on walking by foot it's almost 20 mins, which is not recommended as it's both hot and Dubai is not walkable. So order a taxi. Also there weren't enough outlets in our room to charge our devices, so we had to unplug the alarm clock. Felt wrong to do so 😄 Hotel is also very traditional, so there's an expensive minibar and overprices massages.

The room was fabulous, such large rooms and bathrooms. The housekeeping staff would come daily to replenish and refresh the room.
