Preciosas vistas a los campos de té. Habitación y baño muy limpios. Se respira paz y tranquilidad. Y si tengo que destacar algo por encima de todo es la hospitalidad y el trato de la familia. Comida exquisita que te sirven en el salón de su casa. Dispuestos a ayudar, a conversar y a orientarte en visitas.

Lo menos bueno es la ubicación. Pero no es un problema ya que ellos te llaman a un tuktuk que te recoge sea a la hora que sea.

The host was very kind and helpful. Room was clean and big and we have mice view pf tea plantation. Food was also amazing! The best srilankan set we had. We highly recommend this place!

All is good

First of all, this very lovely family are wonderful people! They welcomed us at our arrival, and offered cup of teas. They will make you feel comfortable and that you will spend a good time during your stay. The rooms are clean. The view from it is breathtaking, overlooking tea plantations. Home-cooked rice & curry dinner was, as usual, big and very tasty (they will adjust the spice levels if needed as it is fresh!). Breakfast is also delicious. The exchange with the family was smooth and pleasant, sharing stories. We even had the chance to try on the local (sweet) red wine, offered by the hosts. 😝 I highly recommend staying there, and will certainly be back on our next visit to Nuwara Eliya.

Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, der Ausblick ist fantastisch und auch die gesamte Familie ist nett und unterstützt einen total freundlich bei allen Plänen, die man hat. Das Essen war unheimlich lecker und eine große Portion für kleines Geld. Immer wieder gerne!

The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. We arrived in the evening and needed to go and find dinner. The hosts offered to cook dinner which was delicious. We also had breakfast there.

Nothing- it was great

We loved our stay here. The location is lovely and quiet, the view over the tea plantations is beautiful and the room is lovely and big with a shared kitchen so you can always make your own cup of tea. The family hosting us were very welcoming and extremely helpful. They helped us arrange the train to and from Ella, parking, laundry, and served a delicious breakfast each morning. On the last day we got a takeaway breakfast to go to Hortons Plains and they packaged it without plastic, as that is not allowed in the park. Definitely recommended.

Perfect location, 5/10 minutes walk to the lake with a fabulous view of the valley. Clean and excellent value for money (hot water and warm room) The family running the place is lovely, helpful, and they cook abundant and delicious meals. Definitely recommended!

Lovely host, he helped us with everything we needed from the exeptional meals (also fulfilling all our strange no spicy no garlic and vegetarian requirements!!), to tuk tuk calling to go around and public bus taking to kataragama!
