シャワーが一つだけだったので大変だった

Excellent position. Provision of kitchen/dining room. Washing machine.

No bathroom or toilet on the floor so had to walk down/up stairs to wash hands. No basin in nearest bathroom, so had to walk down/up two flights of stairs to clean teeth.

No breakfast. Location was the only positive thing about the place.

Check-in procedure was difficult. Completed pre-check in. Uploaded passport photos, but had to take the photos again. Shared bathroom was always occupied and was a mess. Same with the shared kitchen. Air conditioner was loud. Room refrigerator was not working. This was the most expensive inn/hotel we stayed at while in Japan.

Great location, right in the middle of shopping and restaurants and very close to Peace Park as well as the bus/railway stations. The place was completely spotless. The laundry was a combo washer/dryer, and detergent was provided, which was nice. Room was quite spacious. There are only 3 units, so the shared space stays relatively clean. I highly recommend room 201 as there is a bathroom on that floor which, most likely, the people in the other units won't use.

Because it was in the middle of the action, it was very noisy all night. It always sounded like the windows were open. We could have used some bowls in the kitchen. If you have a full load of laundry and select 25 min for your wash time, your entire wash/dry time could be 6 hours. If you have any problems, you can either call a Japanese phone number or email. They responded quickly via email but it's obviously not instantaneous. Also, the amenities list is very inaccurate. There is NO luggage storage there. You have to take it to their sister hotel which is NOT close and only between 10a and 9p. In addition, there is no concierge, front desk, private entrance, interconnecting rooms, or activities.

Location excellent.

Other guests a little loud, maybe drinking?, as tried to get in our room twice. But just mistaken not intentional.

For only ¥5000/night I had a double bedroom all for me, with 2 double beds, TV, mini fridge and balcony! The shower is shared but is cleaned up daily I think. There’s a room with living and dining area, you can even cook if you want. Very good drip coffee bags!

In 4 days I hardly saw people staying so if you need human contact, it’s not what the right place. Also there’s no reception desk so try not to lose your room key.

it was very noisy in the room - lots of noise from the street late at night, as well as a lot of light coming in from the street. thick curtains would help with both issues
