大浴場が人が多すぎて、全く快適ではなかった。 予約した部屋がとても狭く感じられた。

Location is perfect for all of the major sightseeing areas and transport. Easy walk to the hotel from the station

Clean and functional room, providing everything we needed for a stop in Hiroshima. Location was good, with quick and easy access to the trams directly to the main sights and station.

Breakfast was very busy, even early in the morning. We were added to a list and asked to wait for around 30 minutes for a table to become free.

The public baths are amazing. The location is great and near public transport. The breakfast is so good! This feels like a very Japanese Hotel which I loved.

The website photographs present the room in a light which we found very different to our experience, with respect to brightness, spaciousness and bed arrangement. The room felt small and one side of the bed was largely next to the wall. The balcony was fenced in at a height well in excess of 6ft which resulted in it feeling like a yard, as there was only an upward view to surrounding buildings. The bathroom felt very small with the sink overlapping both the bath and the shower. There was not enough shelf space for more than one of our toiletry bags. The gap between the floor of the bath and the ceiling I estimate at 6ft 4. The entrance to the bathroom had a lip of several inches in height which required you to step into and out from the room; a potential trip hazard during the night. It also appeared the a/c would turn off during the night. We found the in room fridge needed be turned on when we arrived. We thought the room had not been made up during the day (possibly we were required to put a notice on the door requesting it to be made up) until we discovered we had only been left with one set of towels. The breakfast experience was poor enough for us not to return for the second morning of our stay. Whilst the view from the higher floor was pleasant, for us the breakfast room felt like a canteen where you queue up with a tray and select from a variety of what we considered to be mediocre offerings. The staff in the canteen and housekeeping were friendly and helpful. The staff at reception we found quite procedural in approach, but check-in and check-out was swift.

When using the baths you need to cover your tattoos with stickers which are provided by the staff, however when using the baths as a EU looking person I felt extremely unwelcome. Baths are separated by gender, for both my boyfriend and myself people were rudely staring at us as if we did not belong there, very unfriendly environment. I could not feel comfortable there and I used them for a while only one day because of the environment. I felt very discriminated.

Clean, plenty of room and good location

The room was comfortable and larger than those in some of the other hotels we stayed in around Japan. The location was great- close to many shopping and eating options. The hotel was modern, clean, and peaceful.

The elevator situation in the hotel was difficult. Because there are only 2 elevators, we often waited several minutes only to find the elevator was full, meaning we had to wait for the next one. This might not seem like a big deal, but we accidentally made our Lyft driver wait a long time as we waited for 6 or 7 elevators to pass before we could finally get on.

For being a hotel its quite complicated that almost noeone speaks english, we only asked for a recomendation to have dinner and it was impossible for someone to tell us something, also the bed is terribly hard
