They met us at the property

The apartment had a horrible smell like the sewer was broke -it was unbearably bad. We had to stay confined to the back bedrooms with the doors shut. We told the owner but he said he thought it was from the restaurant below- it was the smell of sewer so strong it burned your eyes.

We were so lucky to find this wonderful apartment in Florence. The location is fabulous and the apartment is air conditioned, has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a lovely living area with a kitchen as well a washing machine and iron. The apartment was very clean and well presented and there was a wonderful bakery and restaurants in the piazza. Our host was Cristiano, who met us with the keys, showed us the apartment and gave us wonderful information regarding restaurants and sights to visit. Thank you to Cristiano and San Firenze Luxury for making our visit to Florence such a fabulous event. I would recommend this apartment.

Nothing could be improved, just a perfect place to stay.
