I arrived at the property at 9pm and nobody was there. I was left stranded and had to get another hotel.

Cleanest hotel we’ve ever been to with all the facilities you need, breakfast is amazing. Sandy took great care of us by showing us the finest beaches and good restaurants, she made a lot of effort to make us feel like home. We are very grateful to be hosted here - it’s the best way to start our trip in the Dominican Republic!
everything was perfect

Sandy and Jan gave us a warm welcome at the hotel. Our stay was exceptional, only too short. They are really caring for their guest and do everything they can, to make them happy. You will feel comfortable and relaxed all the time. And you feel like in a little family. Also their staff is good hearted and super friendly. Yefri for example is almost like a son to them.
What could be good to know if you would like to book:
- they have a transport service to and from the airport
- breakfast is too good to be true
- its super super clean, and I am very picky about bathrooms

The staff, in particular the owner, were incredibly attentive and thoughtful, offering excellent service. They were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home.
The breakfast was outstanding, displayed beautifully and plenty of delicious food.
The hotel was very pretty, a small boutique hotel with luscious tropical gardens, modern decor, a nice bar area by the wonderful pool and large clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. It was incredibly quiet and a peaceful rural location.
Transportation was included, i.e. airport pick up and drop off, and runs to the beach etc.
Drinks (water, tea and coffee) were provided but would have liked to have seen tea making facilities and water in our room so we don't need to ask at the bar for these.
Limited options for lunch and dinner, food (except breakfast) was not typically offered at the hotel and no restaurants nearby, we could only order pizza online if we didn't want to go out to the nearest towns (15-30 min drive).
Limited staff due to illness which meant limited transport and lack of freedom/independence to get out and explore (would definitely recommend hiring a car so you have freedom to get out due to rural hotel location).

The place is wonderful; it is a perfect place to rest. The breakfasts are incredible; the attention of Sandy and Jefry are spectacular. Sandy is like a mom worried that you feel comfortable at every moment. I can't think of a better place to rest and forget about everything.
I didnt find anything that I dont like.

I am usually not leaving comments but they deserve a good one.
The crew is friendly and caring.
The place is a real boutique. It is clean, thoroughly designed, and the breakfast is exceptional.
The only disadvantage is the location, but we rented a car so it wasn't an issue for us.

We have had one of the best experiences at hotel las Flores. If you are looking for a place like parada use you should go. Sandie and her husband have been in charge of making this hotel a wonderful place, the rooms with a special touch of love and a smell of flowers, the decoration with good taste and have worked in every little detail to make it look a place of relaxation. The attention is Sandie can not be described in this message in a few words I can tell you that she makes you feel like part of her family. I recommend the hotel and the hostess 100%

The hotel Las Flores is a little place of Heaven on earth. My stay was wonderful. As soon as I arrived Sandy and Jan made me feel at home. The room was lovely and very clean. It had two bathrooms and a private terrace, which is such a good touch. The hotel is beautiful, with lots of beautiful flowers, a stuning pool, and a cosy outside living room. Sandy and Jan are always available for a nice chat, sometimes shared around a glass of wine. They absolutely wanted my stay to be perfect and helped me with everything: drove me to beautiful beaches, organised for a masseuse to come. They even found cigars for me as I said I wanted to gift some away. The morning walk with Jan was super to explore the surroundings, and a good exercice. Breakfast is delicious too, with fresh and local products, I loved the fresh passion fruit juice and miss it terribly every morning! I will be back for sure!
Nothing, everything was perfect.

Sandy and Jan are the most warm and welcoming hosts I have ever met. They really go out of their way to make you feel at home and are very accommodating. Anything that you are in need of they will make sure you are taken care of. The hotel itself is very intimate and charming. This was my first time staying at a small boutique hotel and I definitely was not disappointed. The hotel is spotless and decorated very nice. You can tell that every detail was well thought out. I very much enjoyed the seating area by the pool. Sandy and Jan are always around and love to get to know each guest. The breakfast and dinners are great as well. It is nice to have freshly prepared food! If you are looking for a tropical oasis to relax and recharge then I would highly recommend staying at Hotel Las Flores. You will be glad you did. Thank you Sandy and Jan for your hospitality and I hope to stay with you again in the future.

On arrival Sandy and Jan (the hotel owners) gave us the warmest welcome and introduced us to 2 other guests with whom they had a nice evening sitting together on comfortable sofas and rocking chairs with soft music playing in the background. This area is super inviting to be comfortable and sociable.
The next day we decided to spend the day at the pool as it was incredibly relaxing and you felt you landed in an oasis. Jan and Sandy are always around if you wanted a coffee or a glas of champagne. We joined them in the evening for some dinner in Punta Cana and the British couple we have met the evening before were also coming. We went to a Moroccan restaurant and had a beautiful evening with very good food and a lovely atmosphere.
I have read in some of the reviews that people found the location too far away from the beach. This for me was the exact reason why I chose the hotel! We did not want to step outside the door to be surrounded by 100’s of tourists and I really don’t know any hotel where you can get a free lift to the beach or restaurants and also being picked up. Any other hotel would call a taxi for their guests! The hotel is in a residential area and the locals are very friendly when you stop and ask them for directions or anything else.
I find it incredible to arrive in a hotel as a stranger and you are being welcomed like you are family from the minute you step inside the door. The pictures on the website can not give you the true feeling of what Jan and Sandy provide. A feeling of being taken care off, of spoiling your every need. Not just with drinks and food, but with warmth and love. It is a truly relaxing experience and if someone needs a time out it’s perfect here.
Just a few more last words. Jan and Sandy have a unique gift to bring people together, no matter what nationalities. They go absolutely beyond any duty of hotel owners, but their heart is with their hotel and more importantly – with their guests.
The shark in the pool, it looked a bit dangerous. (Sorry Sandy and Jan, I had to make a silly comment!) ;)
