Comfortable stay! Excellent location with a private beach.

조식에 한식도 있고 이틀 동안 이용했는데 메뉴도 변경되었고, 조금 짠 편이긴 하지만 맛있었습니다! 호텔 내 직원분들 모두 너무 친절하셨고 요청했던 커넥팅룸으로 받아서 재밌게 놀았습니다 한국인 직원분도 계셔서 빠르게 체크인, 체크아웃 가능했습니다! 수영장과 건비치는 정말 좋았습니다! 워터슬라이드 👍 렌트를 해서 시내까지 나가는데 힘든점은 없었고, 걸어서 ABC마트 정도는 갔다 올만한 것 같습니다

카페트가 살짝 눅눅한 느낌이고, 화장실이 조금 노후되었습니다 그리고 물기가 있으면 미끄러운 편이라 조심해야 합니다 수영장에선 아쿠아슈즈 착용하고 들어가지 못하니 참고해주세요-! 카페트랑, 욕실 리모델링만 진행된다면 모든게 완벽한 호텔 일 것 같습니다!

清潔感がない。絨毯が湿気が凄くて不快だった。

I like the Nikki Hotel located near the airport and the ocean.

They lost my shoes and a plug. They said there are no lost and found. Also asked if everything out of the trash bin was reported and none of them were reported. It’s questionable what they say.

ラウンジの食事アイテムが少なく時間も短く不満😑5月に宿泊したハイヤットリージェンシーのラウンジは外資系だから良かったです。NIKKOも再考すべきだと思う

My stay at Hotel Nikko was incredible! From check-in to check-out I was taken care of. The staff are all friendly, from all different departments and seem genuinely interested in providing you with a great stay and gave me a lot of tips about Guam. My room was incredible, clean, comfortable and had a beautiful view of the sea, beach and a lot of Guam. The location is convenient to get to surrounding places. The beach facilities were great. I loved going to the cafe, spa and pool too. I can't fault anything really. Thank you to the amazing staff that really cared about my stay.

ラウンジ利用が快適だった。

部屋のレースカーテンがボロボロになっていて、かなり破れているのが気になった。チェックイン時にデポジット以外に宿泊代全額を支払ったことに若干違和感があった。 予約完了時点の確認メールには宿泊1週間前に初日宿泊代1泊分が請求されると記載されていたが、チェックイン時に初日分も含めて支払ったため二重請求となっていないか懸念している。

Location is good, having an adjacent beach was pretty nice.

Bathroom is not great, generally the facilities seem old and don’t feel very clean.
