オーシャンビューがとっても綺麗。広々としていて過ごしやすい、ラグジュアリーな空間でテンションがあがる。全てのリネンが清潔。清掃が行き届いている。プールが綺麗で景色も良くて最高。プールのためにタオルを毎回貸してくれるのがありがたい。

ハンドウォッシュが壊れていて出なかった。水道の水、コップががカビ臭かった。

ツバキのプールは小さい。隣接する日航ホテルのプールを使えるが少し歩く。

全体的に清潔感があることが最も印象的。クラブルームの快適さ、食事のおいしさ、スタッフのサービスの良さもグアムのホテルの中では際立っていたと思う。

記念日とは伝えていたものの、特段なにも無かったので、肩透かしを食らったところはある。通常のラグジュアリーホテルだと最低限何かしらのアメニティがあるはずだが、そのあたりは気になった

All the staff were friendly and always smiling.

I couldn't use the clubhouse.

It felt very luxurious and clean.

The parkings are far. Staff drivers are nice at night to ask if we need a ride to our car but day time none asked while it was hot and I had to go back and forth with my luggages in the hot heat. But it was also understandable because they seemed a little busy.

too much bugs and ants while trying to enjoy balcony view. buffet too expensive for breakfast. can’t have family join us at pool without paying a 50 dollar fee. minibar states it will be refilled once only. it was filled the day we arrived, but not the next day; this is false advertisement if it says refilled once. overall I feel this hotel is overrated and I will not recommend to friends or family.

very modern and clean. beautiful pool and shared facilities with Hotel Nikki was fun. balcony was wide and had nice furniture beds were fantastic

no food available at the so called deli. just sweets and plain bread. no hot tub at the poolside. lobby was very cramped front desk staff never smiled and seemed reluctant to speak up when approached the shower did not get hot enough
