Value for your money. Location was excellent. Facilities were old but functional.

Dated facilities. Needs some upgrading.

Everything outside of the hotel was perfect. Inside seemed dead. Just needs a revamp, or lounge to bring life to the place

The location and the beach was perfect. The staff were very courteous and accommodating., and helpful with our inquiries.

The sand dune cafe was good. Pool and pool hours 8 to 10pm. Bedding was comfortable. Great space in the rooms.

The elevator was slow and only one working. Under the bed was dirty and the drinking mugs wasn't clean. Still had coffee residue like someone just rinsed it.

The hotel is a little dated. Needs touch up on its facilities.

The view was outstanding. Staff were very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.

One of the sliding glass doors was off it's track and difficult to open. Staff did not take any responsibility to fix it. I finally got it back on track myself. It was not clear to us that the rooftop restaurant was closed and had been, probably due to covid, for a while. We walked up to it before sign posted on door proclaimed it closed. On last day we had arranged for cab to airport but it was 15-20 minutes late. Clerk was very active trying to get alternative cab to help us. We were not late for flight.

Accommodations were nice and upgraded fast when our AC died

Run down hotel, bad smell in hallways, many parts of hotel not used and abandoned looking.

Right by the beach, wonderful swimming pool, fair range of restaurants. Marlon the taxi driver was super helpful, too. Great view from balcony

The front desk and pool bar staff were friendly and great! The location was amazing, very ample parking.

Our king infinity corner room’s AC was working poorly. The HVAC vent filter was very dusty. The room felt like 23°C the entire trip.

1.good location 2. nice pool facing the ocean 3. water dispenser inside the room for hot and cold water. unlimited water was great. 4. more of a good functional hotel than luxury.

1. there isn’t any restaurant except an order counter for food options. 2. the beach access you have to go down many stairs to reach it from the pool. 3. the aircon must have some spores as it gave me allergy throughout my stay despite the room has no carpet. I think they should so some serious flushing of the aircon pipes.
