A little far from center and with hill But owner is taking on and off to Bus station, that why it is not big deal

the apartments were clean and very modern. The property had great views, and a nice outside space. the whole star was excellent

there was a 15 meter hill to get up to it haha. however the hill gave the apartment great views. I really have nothing negative to say

All In All Excellent ! 🍻 We do really recommend Maritimo Apartments in Kotor. The property is located in a beautiful place 5 min by bike from the old town. We had a spectacular view from our bedroom and also from the terrace. I was surprised about the cleanliness we found at the apartment and about the open and friendly manner of the host. He offers a really excellent service to his clients. Thanks to Branko!

The appt. was very well equipped, everything & more than we expected. The host Branco was very helpful, with tips & went out of his way to make sure we were aware of the area. Plenty of parking on the doorstep.

Everything was fine.

The apartment is spacious, clean and comfort. You can cook in the kitchen. There are washing machine and dryer. It is very useful in the summer. There is also iron. Host Maritimo is a very kind person. He speak good english and we can communicate easily. I asked him a lot information and he told my every details with great patience. My son and I had a very happy stay in his apartment.

Only to mention that it takes ~20-25 mins walk to Kotor Old Town. Regardless the distance, this is still the best option (for us) since there is no free parking possibility nearby Kotor Old Town.

Amazing host, very friendly and interesting while also respectful of letting you have your alone time too. The room is perfect and very well equipped, the view was epic and the bed was 10/10 for comfort! Would highly recommend it!

Everything was perfect, well actually, better than perfect!! Branko is the Most helpful and cheerful host that we've had here in Montenegro. And super fair! He welcomed us with a refreshment drink and gave us great advice on what to do around there. He gave us a phone upon arrival so in case we needed anything we could just call. That came in very handy when we got lost on our hike. Branko came up immediately to help! The apartment was amazing. Such a great view. Super clean. Well equipped and very comfortable beds. The location is great. You can walk to the city center within 15 minutes. The supermarket is right around the corner. You can go for hikes or for a swim. If you step by Kotor (and you definitely should!!) Then don't miss out on getting to know Branko and stay at his place! :)

We are lucky to be able to travel 5-6 months a year annually. In the past 5 years this is absolutely one of the best places we have stayed. - great location and view - large apartment - properly equipped kitchen - strong wifi - 2 km walk to old town and bus depot - comfortable bed - a shower that supplies lots of hot water Best thing about the place, the host Branko. He suggested a great restaurant, besides the Ladder of Kotor hike he suggested the hike to the Vrmac Fortress which was great. Leaves a cell phone with his number programmed into it if you run into trouble. If it could not be better he almost demanded that he drive us into town to catch our 8 am bus. Perfect host, perfect apartment and in a wonderful city....

No complaints but a heads up, for some the last 150 metres to the apartment door are steep if you have lots of luggage.

Before we arrived communication with Branko was very quick and he responded to our messages. When we arrived he showed us the studio which was exceptionally well equipped and a great view. It was like being in your own home with everything you could think of and was cleaned to Captains standards :) He then showed us the garden area, laundry facilities and invited us for a beer and homemade ice cream in the garden. This has to be the best ice cream I have ever had. Branko is the nicest guy you could meet and genuinely loves what he does and wants you to have the best experience. He gave us information on what time to go up to the Forts to avoid the heat and information about Kotor, supermarkets, buses etc. We sat and had a drink in the garden with him on our last night and he is so interesting to talk to. Parking is right outside the property on a very quiet road and we were at the height of the season and there were loads of spaces. Keep doing it like you are and you'll be a huge success. Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 days with you thank you. Still on the hunt for the airer by the way not in stock anywhere :)
