A cama ampla !! A piscina é linda, mas achei um pouco deteriorada as áreas fora!!

O café da manhã é excelente! Os funcionários são muito competentes.

O quarto é grande e confortável e o café da manhã com bastante variedades e com uma boa vista na piscina. Atendeu as expectativas.

Faltou uma boa recepção: cheguei com várias malas, e tive que ir as levando parcelado até onde fica as "secretárias"(que foram gentis). Depois me conseguiram um carrinho onde eu levei todas as malas para cima. Quarto com vista para hotel tropical em reforma e quase nada para o rio Negro(expectativa frustrada nisso por causa das fotos anúnciadas).

Chuveiro frio . Cheguei no domingo, tomei banho gelado . Reclamei na segunda feira cedo , quando cheguei a noite não resolvido . Reclamei nada resolvido . Terça feira e quarta água gelada No ultimo dia água morna . Últimos dois dias não tinha toalha de rosto . Nenhum dia tinha um pano no chão , sair do chuveiro a chance é grande de ter acidentes . Sou hóspede há mais de 4 anos . Restaurante fecha às 22h ok , as 21:45h a cozinha já fecha porque o pessoal tem q ir às 22h embora ou seja não fecha as 22h . Fiquei extremamente CHATEADO !!! Fiquei muito chateado como a qualidade caiu

Café da manhã fora das instalações, ar condicionado barulhento, instalações velhas, limpeza ruim, frigobar sem nada dentro, precisamos pedir até uma água na madrugada, houve problemas no quarto enquanto estava fora.

Kein Restaurant, keine Bar im Hotel Und auch nicht in der Umgebung das geht gar nicht. Zimmersafe hat gefehlt

Great value. Perfect location if you want to be close to the airport and still next to the river. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Spacious & clean room.

The building is quite dated (it's still very functional and comfortable, but probably not somewhere you'd want to go on a honeymoon).

If you wish to stay riverfront, outside city center, this is your option. Good size, well equipped rooms. Nice pool with a view.

Lack of maintenance in public areas. Feels a bit dated.

It pains me to write a bad review but I feel like people should know: they have the hotel advertised as 5-Star but it is subpar at best. The wifi kept dropping our entire stay (4 days) and we had work to do that we couldn’t get online for. We told them every day and they said they would fix it and then kept telling us it was fixed but we couldn’t use it. The TV wasn’t working either and kept freezing. The AC didn’t work well, every time you try to adjust the temp the numbers do but not the actual temperature. Our room was cleaned but instead of putting new sheets (there was a Nutella on them) they just I asked them for change, they gave us all pricing on a piece of aper just written as a note with the R$ instead of USD so I had to keep doing the conversion on my phone because they couldn’t do it for me.

There was a tour office on sight that got us a tour when our scheduled tour cancelled.

We forgot to dead bolt our room and somebody came in while we were sleeping. Luckily they realized their mistake and left immediately.

The staff

The hotel is rundown. Broken doors, tile pealing off the walls. Not enough comfortable chairs and umbrellas at pool.

The location was the best and the staff was friendly. It will be better when they finish with some construction. The free valet.parkung was a nice touch since that have like 6 parking spots.

They did have some funky rules like with the smoking area. You had to leave when the pool closed even though you are like 50 yards away.

Ants in the first and second room we were given. The pillows have a plastic coating on them and make crinkling noise while sleeping. Because they are plastic, your head will sweat. Room keeping would knock on the door at way too early (845-1000). And the pool and smoking area close at 10pm every night. Lastly there is massive construction on the entrance and the main water fountain was never on except for one day when the hotel was hosting some executives from mobil1.

It is just a bit too far from everything in Manaus (the city traffic can make a trip longer than it seems). I love staying here but I think next time I will book a hotel closer to downtown.

Breakfast was good. Location excellent, on the Rio Negra with a near perfect infinity pool overlooking the river! Tours organised from the hotel were good value for money.

We had a lovely room with a great view of the river. Breakfast was lovely, with a great vareity. We had room service as well which was excellent. The staff from were friendly and very helpful.

Very outdated and old. Hot water wasn't working properly on the shower and staff did not know how to turn it on. No AC in the lobby at night.

gave me a room with a bad window location, I specific ask for a good window location . They charge me for two rooms and Im still waiting someone to respond my texts

The hotel room is too simple for this rate. At least better bed will fix it.
