Parking and close to large shopping centre.

Staff need to control some guests. A party with loud music at the pool didn't stop until midnight. Breakfast was basic and didn't refresh any fruits, if it runs out before you arrive bad luck you will miss out... Lift to car park: cleaner left a garbage bin stopping the lift from working. Manager fix the problem. Hotel is a showing its age, but still good condition.

The staff is very helpful.

The hotel is well located next to the best rated mall of Manaus. The breakfast had variety and was well organized. The midday reception was good and lend us a umbrella.

The ‘boy’ that took over the reception from 17:00 was not good. Didn’t speak english (which is not necessarily a problem, but he did not mind trying to communicate differently) and turned his back after he pointed to the kitchen for the menu. He seemed inexperienced and not interested in helping (which is not what I expect at a four star hotel). Additionally roomservice was thirty minutes later then said. The staff should get proper guidance on how to approach foreigners who are unable to speak the language and how to mediate the situation.

We did not have hot water at all during our stay. The room was dirty and not cleaned during our stay. The bathroom smelled of mold and was also dirty

The Da Vinci & Conversation Hotel is located in a prime area, the room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The pool area has a view of the Shopping Manauara. Breakfast is very good and the staff is very friendly and welcoming in particular the waitress Missilene and Sir Manuel, who was very attentive and caring with all guests.

The bathroom was too dark.
