We liked that it was close to the tram, grocery stores, restaurants. Very walkable. It was clean, roomy and safe. Our contact person was as helpful as she could be. Very friendly.

At the last minute, we had to park about a block away and it ended up costing us twice what it would have cost had the original reservation for a parking space worked out. Also, we could not connect to Wi-Fi so I was not able to watch the videos or open some of the attachments that were sent to me on how to get into the building and apartment. It had been a very long day and we were stressed out about that. I guess you can't assume that everyone will have read the information prior to getting there or that they have internet connection.

Horrible experience ! On the day of our arrival, the conciergerie service that was supposed to provide access to the apartment took our money for the booking and closed the office at 6pm without giving us any arrival instruction. They lied to booking.com saying that they had sent the instructions and that we were no-shows. But we arrived there and tried to call them repeatedly from 6pm that day with no success. We had to find another hotel when we arrived in Montpellier at 11pm ! They then refused to reimburse us the full amont of the booking. This is just stealing money from hosts and I am quite sure it is a usual practice ! I strongly recommend to avoid this place.

We have to changed the Bed sheets and pillow cases cause not clean at the arrival. Spider and spider webs at each corner of the living room and bedroom. A dog or a child was running every morning and night which was disturbing during the holiday.

Only allowed exact address 1hr before arrival which made it very stressful. Managed to find a lady who spoke French who called host to help us. No internet for entire stay.

Good located, the property look alright. The neighbourhood is good. Basic facilities where provided as discribed.

You need to sign 3 contracts, make 2 payments and watch 6 videos to be able to enter the property. The place seem set up buy a control freak. No nice. The heating was not working, I contacted them management through WhatsApp but they nevery came back to me.
