Location, very fruendly and kind stuff, cleanliness

Breakfast was included in the price but we didn't get it :( Too small shower room. No public transport from the airport (taxi cost 15eur from the airport to Casa Viky and 25eur from Casa Viky to the airport)

Rocky beach, the best is to book a car in advance if you want to go to sandy beaches.

The garden is really amazing, and it's overlooking the seaside, so it gives you a really pleasant feeling sitting outside. Also the house has a rooftop balcony which is amazing for the evening chill and to enjoy the stars and the sea view. The host was really friendly and kind, and helped us with airport shuttle for a small fee. Very peaceful location and cozy home!

The house was a bit far from the supermarket and the station, but there are few really cute restaurants nearby, just make sure to check their working hours

Was agreed written a 13:45 pm check in, need to call them to figure it out it will actually 3pm (I needed to call them). I have chosen the location because of the seaside and proximity of the airport (4 km) - the "beach" is "rocky", the taxi was ordered by the b&b costed me 25 euro, more than I would come from 20 km away. The nearest bus stop is 20 minutes walk away, so the whole of my concept was totally wrong. Just a top of all of that, it has two rooms next to each other and one shared bathroom available for you (if you are not lucky and a family with a little Bambino gets the other one, you can imagine.). All for this for €45/night. Daytime robbery.

The location is okay because it is close to the airport but the other things were bad. We slept underground with a very few light and there was another room next door. Its definitely not worth 78 euros a night, i would like to be alone if i pay that kind of money and you can definitely stay in a much better place by paying a little more.

By looking at the photos, you can think its a decent place because there is sea and a good garden but since you are not seeing anything from your room, does it really matters? I can say i am tricked by the photos. Also the breakfast part is a scam, i would expect atleast some fresh brioches if i pay 78 euros but they are prebought from the market. To conclude, i wouldnt pay more than 40 euros if i knew where i was going.

Very convenient location for an evening arrival into Bari airport. The owner waited for us to arrive after our flight was delayed. The seafront setting was pleasant and easy enough to locate. Air conditioning in the room was a life saver.

The room was in the basement, which was unexpected and gave a gloomy feel to the place. The prepackaged brioche rolls for breakfast were a little sad.

The value of this place is the closeness to the sea and the rooftop terrace. This place is good for you if you like to run in the morning or do some yoga on the terrace and to be out of the crowdy town of Bari.

Closest shop is 20 minutes walk, the same distance is the bus or train. There are a few close restaurants but randomly open. The owners don´t speak English so don´t expect anything from them :) they even don´t know where is the bus stop... fyi: bus 33 takes you there and back to the airport and bus 1 takes you to Bari, bust stop Palese IPSA is closest, the station looks odd, definitely use your map app :) always random schedule. You could read in the other comments the breakfast is not a breakfast. You get free coffee and tea and a bite of some sweet trash that they name 'Italian breakfast', I would love to see the face of any Italian who gets this for breakfast :D The rooms are in the basement but you can use the rooftop.

It's a place that I would never set foot in again, and would recommend any person to choose another place. I am a very very experienced traveller, and never stayed in such a place. This is my honest opinion, and I describe the situation as I encountered it: The reasons are: 1. The rooms are located in the basement, very tiny and you could feel that airing was not done lately. 3. As I took a shower in the evening (short) in the middle the hot water was out. What a disgrace! I never encountered this situation before 4. The shower was dirty, as the drainage was full with hair. Not a nice sight for the eyes .. 5. A/C was there but refused to work: remote was working but the unit itself refused to work. 6. The "breakfast" is a real joke: you get, the day before, a coffe capsule and a packed small croissant/brioche which you should prepare hourself in the small kitchen. I didn't expect a lot, but this exceeded my expectations (to the worst, of course).

The room was cold, heating did not work properly. No warm blankets on the bed so we were really cold in the night. It is a basement room with window just under the ceiling. The kitchen was dirty with remains of food in the fridge, old equipment that was not pleasant to use. Breakfast was poor, not worth the money.

Location - very near airport. Quite, just near the sea. Landlord was very approachable and helpful in some tips for places to go to eat and organizing transportation to the airport

The room was Located near to a stone Beach. 10 min from the City. Air conditioner worked partly

First of all the room itself is a cellar and not what it looks like on the pictures. The owner did not allow to use the terrace, Use of Washmashine is 5 EUR and Not included as promised To reach the cellar you have to go around the house to find the Entry below the main house. There you have to pass a big dog which could be scary in the evening because its his territory and he runs free around. The room was Not cleaned as supposed to and there were dog hairs all on the floor. I booked the Full Appartement for myself, However on my Last day another guest arrived and the owner went to pick my Stuff and put it all in one room. This is absolute unacceptable! The other guest and I had to Share the Appartement for the next day. The shower is old, partly damaged. Very unpleasant experience. The whole Appartement was moulding. There was white mould in every Single room. I could go on but this should give you a glimpse of my experience and may help the next person. As my IPhone was Stolen in the City on my First day as well, I cannot Provide pictures for you.
