The location of the apartment was perfect! It was csuper clean and comfortable and the little touches like jams,, little toasts, coffee etc were lovely.

This property was absolutely perfect for us. Adriano went out of his way from start to finish to make sure everything was ok and even provides little welcome treats and coffee. Fantastic location only 4 minutes from the water front and bus stops at San Zaccaria. Would defiantly recommend 😀

A great, clean space which was perfect for our couple of nights in Venice. It was in an excellent location but as previous reviews have mentioned it was very quiet. It was great to be able to cook in the apartment too and have coffee and breakfasts and there were a couple of supermarkets nearby which was very handy. We were able to pop back for lunch and then head back out again which was great with the kids. Would definitely recommend.

Not sure we needed anything else, it was a little far to walk from the train station but getting back to Marco Polo by boat was very easy from San Zaccaria (15 euros per person - one way) on the way home and meant we didn't have to carry bags over all the bridges!

Appt is clean, modern and on 2nd floor of the building. It is in a quiet and lovely area of Venice but still close to main attractions. Owner is responsive and has lent us a helping hand to carry our luggage to the appt on our arrival.

The appt is pretty far from Venice train station with many bridges to cross. If you are planning to walk to the train station, make sure to give yourself plenty of time.

The flat was very clean and comfortable,the place was very quiet and close to the center.The owner was very attentive,comfortable check-in,fully equipped kitchen,washing machine,tv with Netflix-everything was just as it was described.We recommend this apartment to everyone traveling with children.

Spacious, renovated apartment with a very nice and well equipped kitchen. Perfect location near by San Marco and the station San Zaccaria. The apartment was very clean and the check-in worked perfectly.
