Location is good and the staffs are very friendly.

good size, confortable bed

No wifi. Lake of bed sheets to cover. Blanket cause one of us some allergies. We requested the wifi and blankets more than 5 times but the guy on site claimed to not be responsible for anything and seems to never took our request into consideration. In addition to that one of the toilet flush was stuck. one of the room were cold due to a windows not closing and the apartment is very humid. The communication with the owner was bad : not reachable the day of our arrival and not answering our requests. Cherry on the cake … that was supposed to be our fist morning to sleep and someone we never saw before just woke us up at 7.30 AM and then at 8.30 AM just saying he came to get the money … I almost forget the flies dance in the living room. But we have been offered a 4 dollars discount …

Property is very good and clean. Owner was very helpful and kind gentlemen. Ample parking area. Rooms are furnished nicely and nice sitting area. Kitchen tap with running hot water was fantastic. Kitchen was equipped with all facilities and utilities. Bathrooms are with hot water and clean.

Such a lovely and brand spanking new facility. Kanthan (Owner) is such a genuine person who will ensure the comfort of the guests. Very much attentive and welcoming. Would go an extra mile to serve a customer. It's an apartment with 3 bedrooms and a larger living room and a kitchen and two large bathrooms too. Everything is new as the entire facility is newly setup. Quality of the apartment, Spacious and very much larger room compared with apartments in that similar grade in Colombo, Bed linen, beds, cooking equipments, heaters, water heaters and all electrical equipments are there to cater for cooking and dining needs. Ample parking (INDOOR) parking, 24×7 security, Convenience of travelling, driving, walking to the city and nuwara eliya suburbs - it's just so easy and liked everything- Honestly!
