It was not clean, the bed was awful, the pillows had cigarette burns. Not what I expected. I stayed here last year and it was completely different

موظفي الإستقبال والكوفي بشوشين في وجه النزلاء. وكذلك الإفطار جيد. الفندق 3نجوم. لكن بالشكل الحالي اعتبره5 نجوم. واتمنى له الاستمرارية.

El hotel está en un muy buen lugar, céntrico y con fácil acceso a todos lados
Los cuartos necesitan un poco más de mantenimiento
Las camas no son tan cómodas y tuve que pedir que me cambiaran las sábanas porque estaban rotas

Clean- tourist friendly- English speaking
Didn’t understand food allergies. It got too hot at night- the Air is turned down. There is a motion tracker in the room that clicks every time you move- we covered it with a towel

Como esta en el centro de la ciudad el ruido exterior molestaba ..... talvez faltan ventanas con mayor aislacion del ruido exterior

للمره الثانيه اسكن في الفندق هذا جميل ونظيف ومحافظ ويكفي بالمدخل سكيورتي وسير تفتيش قريب من كبري قصر النيل اروح له مشي
تنظيف الغرف اليومي رائع خصوصا الاخت رضا قمه في التعامل الراقي والحرص على توفير كل مايلزم لخدمتك وترتيب على اعلى مستوى فشكرا لها
بالاضافه الى القائمين على الرسبشن والشنط طيبين ومتعاونين
ازعاج السيارات بسبب قربه من ميدان التحرير

Hotel was very central. The staff were very nice and helpful especially Reda who was so good and efficient.

Location is perfect ! Staff is very friendly and helpful .Outside noise at night is realy inside the room .If you want to book tours do book with hotel .Breakfast was delicious .

الفندق موقعه ممتاز جدا وكل شي قريب منك..
نظافة الغرفه كانت جدا ممتازه المشرفة نهى واللي معها مريم كانوا متساعدين معنا كثير وعلى كل مره نطلب فيها تنظيف الغرفه نلاقيها نظيفة جدا ورائتحها حلوه..
الواي فاي سيئ جدا جدا جدا...
موظفي الاستقبال غير بشوشين على الإطلاق وغير متساعدين ولا يبتسموا للضيف وكأنك داخل بيتهم بالغلط..لازم يشوفوا لهم حل

위치가 박물관 바로 건너편 타흐리르광장 큰길가에 있어서 찾기 쉽고 카이로 어디든 가기 편합니다. 오래된 호텔이지만 호텔로 갖출 것은 모두 갖추고 있어서 호스텔보다 편리했습니다. 방도 넓고 고층은 전망이 좋습니다.
컵을 종이컵 두 개만 두어서 양치하고 음료를 마시는 데 불편했어요. 그 부분만 개선되어도 훨씬 좋은 인상을 줄 수 있을 겁니다.

This is our third time at Cleopatra Hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the location is a plus in the center of the city few steps from the metro. Highly recommended compared to other 3 star hotels in the area.

the property is very clean and secured, Tourist Police are always in the lobby making sure guest are safe 24/7.
there’s a restaurant in lobby has good selection of food, there’s a pastry shop with beautiful and delicious cakes and snacks.
safe clean very comfortable in downtown right opposite the museum.
breakfast was very basic, nothing exciting.

the location was great, we had a junior suite which was massive and good views of the Nile and surrounding areas. staff were friendly and helpful. I read in some of the reviews that getting Ubers was difficult but we had no problem at all with this.
I know a lot of the reviews said it was noisy but tbh everywhere you stay in Cairo will be noisy with cars beeping. take some earplugs and it’s fine!

Little bit noisy. I think the hotel could invest in double windows as they are located in the middle of heavy traffic.

The rooms don't have any possibility to be heated at a comfortable temperature (18-20 C). In February there were 9 - 10 C (in the morning / evening and during the night) outside, so in the room was cold.

The floors were overly waxed and slippery. The location is horrible and noisy and crowded. The staff wasn't overly friendly.
