The apartment was a bit more spacious than a hotel room so that was nice. When advertising an apartment I expect some kitchen utensils and cutlery. There was a stove and 2 pots, a couple of dirty plates and dirty glasses and no cutlery at all. It depends on which apartment you get allocated. We booked an apartment on 2 different dates and stayed in a different apartment every time. The 2nd apartment was a bit more modern, but had no kitchen sink or stove, only a microwave. The plates, cutlery and the 2 glass cups were all dirty. No glasses.

Breakfast was good but coffee was not included. The manager is very polite and I'm very happy he speaks English language.

Rooms are not clean as they should be and the beds not comfortable. There are no glass, cups, spoon, knives and similar available, but there is a small kitchen available in the room, so there should be some of these stuff.

The breakfast was nice and delicious, the location was abet far for the tourists to go to see the most popular places in egypt

Location, it’s the only property in Mokattem

The beds were made to give the impression it is clean. If you look closely it wasn’t clean and there was hair on the sheets. Our suspicion was confirmed when my son went to bed and found dirty socks from previous guests in the bed.

I booked and had paid for accommodation and breakfast I paid for the coffee at breakfast because I also got juice!!! Also breakfast was awful !!!! No one came to clean the room , even to give clean towels.

I loved everything from the 2 roomed, 2 shower and open plan lounge and kitchen, to the excellent and friendly staff. Our family vacay was an awesome experience

We chose the stay with breakfast but having breakfast with a family at 10am is way too late for tourist. Breakfast should at least start fro.m 7am, this give enough time for tourists to do site visits
