The Location is amazing the view is breathtaking.Nice comfy cabins and very very green with vegetation.Poolside music chill out and relaxing.

Acces to the hotel is very bad ,is a dirt road basically. Food leaves a lot to be desired for.Thr meals we purchased can definitely be improved. Some maintenance to be done in bathrooms.

We visited before and love it . Wouldn’t take the risk staying elsewhere. Views from all angles and hospitality of staff can’t be beat . Breakfast on the house is excellent.

Breakfast could be served a bit earlier than 7:00 !

Amazing view from the Restaurant! Good food and drinks. The people there were lovely and extemely helpful. We had an old rental car with which it Was Not possible to make the last 1km to the hotel. So we parked before the bridge under the Trees. The Manager of the Hotel drove us later to our car so we could get our bags. Also the reception ist was outstanding nice and helpful even our spanish was Not the best ;-) The beach right next to the hotel is great.

The hotel is surrounded by many palm trees; the views and the food are amazing! You can get to the beach WALKING just 5 minutes. There are two different pools, everything is clean and good.

There were insects in the toilet, baths and in some of the rooms. The management try to give me a room of lower value of what I asked.

The location is stunning and the casita we stayed in had great view of the ocean and it was private. The casita was clean and comfortable. Take note that there is no hot water in the shower and although we did not mind this some might. The breakfast was freshly prepared and tasteful. It is close enough to walk to a beach nearby and two others driving distance. The swimming pool very clean and its pet friendly and our dogs loved it too!

We enjoyed our stay with no complaints.

The view! Some staff members were making great efforts as best they could to accommodate given the situation, but management seem to be burned out and looked disheveled, as though the stress was slowly gaining control over their being. My family members who had visited before told us, it was night and day compared to the last time they stayed. We left and headed to Playa Venao Hotel Resort, and luckily they had accommodation available.

Family had stayed in this hotel several years earlier and raved about it so, we took them back to share some new memories with us. Wow, the location is amazing. However, the facilities are distressed at best. The pool is green, they only run the pump during the day, meaning algae builds up overnight. The first rooms we stayed in only had cool water, no hot water. The AC unit was too small for the size of the rooms. The restaurant was running on a bare selection of food items. It was really sad for us and a great disappointment to our family.

We loved the water view and the sounds of the ocean hitting the shore. We were lost trying to find the location, so the guys drove all the way out to the main road to find us. They did a phenomenal job.

One of the pools were inop when we visited but the other was functional. The only thing that needs to improve is more signs along the road that shows you how to get to the location.
