Very attentive staff at the hotel entrance blocking off parking spots with cones to ensure availability for guests. Friendly staff. Good on-site restaurant & bar. The bullding actually looks better than on the photo's on Booking.

Strict rules for the pool area were hardly enforced by the "lifeguard", resulting in kids running around, and jumping in the pool too close to people sunbathing or reading. Music in the pool area at times too loud. Surprised that very few of the staff members spoke anythng but Spanish.

breakfast was good. I just had scrambled eggs and fruit, and a piece of french toast. All was very good. All staff during our stay were very pleasant.

We only stayed one night so hard to to find anything negative with such a short stay. Maybe rooms could have a mini fridge as we had leftovers from supper.

The accommodation is good. The price for quality is good. Comfortable beds, friendly staff.

If you have windows towards the pool you can hear noice and music from the pool area, but it stopped after dinner so it doesn’t bother when going to sleep.

Nice size room , pool view, had happy hour, hot shower, toiletries. Nice hotel. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Too bad we didn’t have more than the one night then we would have been able to use the facilities more.

The bar service was a bit slow. And frustrating but things got sorted out. Staff tried hard. The meals were reasonably priced and large portions.

The swimming pool is dirty and she is used for public swimming lessons (until closing time) preventing customers from swimming. Not very appreciable after a long day of driving... Breakfasts are not very good. the hotel is on the main road where people organise cars and motorcycle races at night, preventing us from sleeping.

Definately not what we would expect of 5 stars. Breakfast was bad, rest of the food and service mediocre. But all of that I would not mind, if there wouldnt have been the one thing that kind of ruined our stay. We came to relax. But we could not relax, or read, or really talk, as by the pool they played VERY LOUD and very annoying (though that is a matter of taste) music ... ALL the time. Even in our room we had no quiet minute between 9 and 6 (pool hours). We asked repeatedly (at least 10 times over the few days) if it could be turned down a bit, or at least changed to somethimg less aggressive, but the staff was very indifferent. The manager even just ignored us. I would understand that if all other guests would love it, but it was the same when it was only us by the pool. That is a very weird and dissappointing way to treat guest, esp. in a supposedly 5 star (lol) hotel. Because the kids loved the pool, we stayed and tried to laugh it off and have a lot of piña coladas, if it wasnt for the kids we would have left after 1 night.
