Spanish Steps Miracle Suite was in the perfect location for exploring Rome. It was really central and well accessible to public transport also. The apartment was lovely and bright, and very clean. It had all the facilities that you could need -hair dryer, coffee machine etc. The outdoor balcony area was a lovely addition. Patrizia was beyond helpful from start to finish. She was so helpful with arranging transfers/recommendations. She was an amazing host and we felt well cared for during our trip to Rome.

It is amazingly located with all amenities, shopping and restaurants close by. Property was clean, extremely comfortable and simply perfect for our family vacation of 8.

Apartamento precioso ubicado en una calle muy cercana a la Piazza di Spagna. Su situación es excelente puesto que está cerca de las atracciones turísticas más importantes de la ciudad. Además de estar muy cerca de supermercados, restaurantes y tiendas.
El apartamento es muy cómoso y tal cual se ve en las fotos. Muy bonito y con una decoración muy ciudada. Los dueños muy amables y atentos. Mantuvimos contacto en todo momento por booking y por whatsapp y nos facilitaron información y atendieron todas nuestras necesidades como por ejemplo permitirnos dejar nuestro equipaje en el apartamento el último día ya que nuestro vuelo salía por la tarde y como ese día no iba a estar ocupado de nuevo pudimos dejar las maletas y recogerlas unas horas más tarde, lo que nos permitió poder disfrutar de Roma un poco más. También nos ayudaron a tramitar un servicio de transfer para llevarnos al aeropuerto, lo cual nos resultó muy cómodo.
Mencionar también a Alberto, el chico que vino a hacer el check-in. Fue muy amable y simpático con nosotros, facilitándonos mucha información sobre la ciudad y recomendándonos restaurantes, caferterías, heladerías etc.
Ya estuve en otro de sus apartamentos, en concreto en Trevi Miracle Suite y me encantó y, por supuesto, en mi siguiente visita a Roma volveré a repetir en alguno de sus apartamentos. Gracias por todo.
Como conclusión decir que son apartamentos preciosos, cómodos, con una ubicación genial y por tanto, totalmente recomendables.

Patrizia foi muito atenciosa, nos ajudou a pegar um transfer para o aeroporto. Casa muito organizada, limpa e bonita. Quartos amplos.
O piso de madeira faz muito barulho e acústica do quarto do meio é ruim

Location was amazing and the size of the apartment were excellent for our family of 5 with small child and two young teens.
Many amenities, washer/dryer, iron and the kitchen was fully equipped for use. Two bathrooms with showers. The host were very helpful, friendly and responsive. Could not ask for more.
Nothing of any importance comes to mind.

What an amazingly wonderful find in a fabulous area of Rome and within walking distance of many of the main attractions. Looks even better than the photos. The apartment is luxurious, immaculately clean and very spacious with every amenity you could wish for. It was scorching hot during our stay and air con was a wonderful and thankful bonus.
Terrace was also fantastic and an oasis of calm after a busy day sightseeing. Felt super safe in the building with great security. Near to shops, supermarkets and restaurants and just perfect in every way. Had to do some work and Wi-Fi was also excellent.
Many thanks to Patrizia for her patience in accommodating all our requests so professionally and for making our stay so special. Everything you could wish for and more. A perfect Roman Holiday in the most perfect appartment.

Absolutely beautiful and spacious property in a fantastic location. It is perfect for a family or small group of friends. The host Patrizia was so accommodating throughout our stay.

Perfect place to stay with our group of 6. It was awesome to walk out the front door straight into the shopping streets of Rome. Walking distance to all the main sites. We loved our stay, we had everything we needed.

great apartment, wonderful comfortable rooms with all the facilities you need. location is fantastic. so easy to walk to Spanish steps, trevi, pantheon… everything!

Very proactive comunication with property owner and staff. Whattsap, quick, clear. We really enjoyed big apparment with nice bedrooms located directly in the city. There is a potential problem during high season - as it is directly in city centre not very quiet night should be expected :) Location is really amazing - 2 minutes to Spanish stairs, upo to 5 minut to Metro station. Great for walking around Rome centre at any time.
Nothing special. We would only appreciate 6 same and nice glasses for wine, but they are already promised for our next stay :)

Everything was wonderful, the location is amazing, just right next to the Spanish steps - one of the most beautiful areas in Rome! Amazing flat, which looks just like on the pictures! Extremely spacious and comfortable, clean bathrooms and all supplies you need to feel like at home! Suitable for 2 families with kids

Wonderful location. Excellent sized rooms, with two bathrooms. Pretty much all of the main attractions were within walking distance from the apartment.

Huge and beautiful apartment in the center of Rome, a few meters from the Spanish steps a close to many attractions. We were received by Valentina, she took us to the place, gave us recommendations and set us up for late checkout.
