Fantastic value for money. Clean comfortable rooms with AC, good shower and toilet facilities, a safe for valuables and complimentary water. The staff were very friendly and able to help arrange tours for good prices and answer all our questions. The guesthouse is located in a great spot in town close to many restaurants and the river front. I would absolutely stay again.
Not really a negative, but the mattress was very firm as tends to be the case in several Asian countries.
There is no elevator so that may be a consideration for some as there are several flights of stairs to get to the upper levels.

We’ve spent a long time there during the pandemic and then came back when the country reopened, and in both opportunities we had a great time there. All rooms are clean and confortabel, equipped with kettle, fridge, AC and hot shower. Good pillow and beds and some friendly staff and owners 🙂

the hotel was clean and location was super.
the bed , man it was so hard thank goodness I had 4 pillows I made a bed out of them and that was the only way I could sleep, not exaggerating the bed was like a rock.

Location.
I was charged twice for my stay. On arrival I paid with a hundred dollar bill for my stay and also for my taxi. I was told that I would get my change later as they didn't have enough for me at the moment. Later when I exited the room, a lady at reception gave me the correct change. She didn't give me a receipt. After two nights I was signing out from the guest house and there was a "man" at the reception asking me to pay for my stay. I told him I paid. Of course he asked for the receipt(or invoice as he wanted to call it) but as stated before, I was never given one. So this little guy started to act very hostile threatening me with his boss coming and police coming to get me and everything. So at the end this guy managed to frighten me to pay for the room again and I decided to wait till I exit the country to tell the truth about their operation. Two receptionist, two payments, no receipts. That's how the scam goes.
