- prices in the restaurant are on the upper side, however, the food is delicious, the service is very good and the kitchen is clean.

Et meget charmerende og stille sted. Store, rene og flotte værelser. Pool-området er fantastisk og har en helt særlig ro med beliggenheden ned til stranden. Gratis drink i baren fra 17.30 - 18.30 med live musik. Rigtig fint WI-FI. Rigtig god morgenmad! Man kan drikke vandet fra hanen.

Der var meget lydt på værelset og man kunne tydeligt høre gæster trampe rundt på 1. etage. Man kunne også høre, når de skyllede ud i toilettet, hvilket tog noget af charmen væk.

Ontzettend mooi verblijf. Eten is erg goed. Het personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Locatie is prima.

De veren in het matras waren erg pijnlijk. Gelukkig kon men een topper plaatsen. Geen ventilator op het terras van de kamer waardoor het ontzettend heet bleef.

Location and style of the accommodation, our little cottage had a great out look and plenty of space.

Someone needs to spend a night on the bed that we had, so hard, we did ask for a mattress topper which they said they would sort but they never did!

Superbe hôtel ! Tout est bien pensé. Le buffet de petit-déjeuner est somptueux, tout est fait maison, les viennoiseries et le pain sont top ! Le personnel est aux petits soins. Coucher de soleil sur la plage en sirotant un petit cocktail . Le dîner au bord de la piscine offre un super rapport qualité-prix . Bref, on a adoré et on vous recommande .

La gentillesse absolue du personnel, le jardin au bord de la mer , le cocktail offert tous les soirs, le petit déjeuner et la qualité du restaurant.

A comfortable and beautiful cottage, having its own private area on long beach, with a sense of taste, And bungalows surrounding by gardens, while in the touristic area.

The promiscuity of the bungalows can may that could hear your neighbors a bit too much.

Location was well situated to everything. Breakfast was fantastic

Perfect location, amazing sunsets, choose from 3 gorgeous pools or a swim in the calm waters on the beach. Quiet, intimate dining conditions in the spice house. Friendly staff. Invigorating yoga classes. The best thing is to go to the 4pm yoga class then run down to the beach for a sunset dip! I had the best time. I will be back.

Wir hatten das Beach House mit Meerblick, wirklich traumhaft schön. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut, freundliche Mitarbeiter, ein schönes kleines Hotel für alle, die nicht an Massenabfertigung interessiert sind.

Cassia cottage is an amazing place for everyone who is looking for relaxing time, peace place. Everything is excellent, staffs take care every detail of resort with their love. Breakfasts are all good, fresh fruit, diverse menu, well serving. I truly love homemade bread. I will miss the beautiful Polish lady - who shared with me the story of Cassia Cottage. They have free cocktail in the afternoon, it's perfect for relaxing time in the infinity pool, beautiful pool. Thank you for everything, I will come back.

Great staff, nice breakfast, fine pool and access to the seaside. Even let us have the room a bit after check out time to cater for our flight time in the afternoon, excellent service.

Everything is exceptional!! Starting from the people, check-in, housekeep, bar, restaurant, maintenance, everyone's so friendly. Location fantastic, very quite and on the beach. Also close to the main city. Breakfast simply amazing with great variety and fresh fruit, baked goods, amazing bread home-made and traditional vietnamease food too

Sunbeds on the beach side need an upgrade/replacement

Beautifully laid out with tropical gardens, pools and rooms by the sea. It felt very special! A free cocktail from 4-5pm brought all guests down to the Malabar by the beach, sometimes with a 2 piece singer & guitarist. Great vibe and close to town which has a fab night market & good street food.

It’s neighbours feel a little run down so exploring along the beach not so fun.

the food at the restaurant of the hotel was terrible i have it 2 tries and both meals were not good, we had to move rooms because we had an infestation of ants , when we moved there were still ants in the new room, beds are hard, aircon hardly work

This was the perfect place to finish off our Vietnam trip. The resort was fantastic, the pools great, lovely and helpful staff and beautiful room. great choice for breakfast each morning and a lovely cocktail each afternoon to enjoy with the sunset. Located right on the beach with an easy walk to a variety of restaurants and the main town, including the night markets. We will definitely be returning.

Lovely hotel resort with beautiful sea views and a lovely bar and restaurant. Huge, clean rooms. Great food, friendly staff, and a nice sandy beach. The pools were warm and spotless.

The only thing that let the place down was the rubbish on the beach, which is seemingly very common in Vietnam but could easily be addressed by an hourly check. The sea isn't clear in this part of the island either, which is a shame, but it is very warm.

Loved location, as directly on beach. Great garden space in and around property with a cacophony of frogs, toads, crickets at night. Rooms & bathrooms spacious, beds comfortable & great shower. Restaurant food excellent. Mark & staff all very attentive & welcoming..... Lots of restaurants, shops within walking distance. Overall very happy and hope to return.

there weren’t enough sun beds on the beach. guests were taking up beds on both beach and pool….very selfish.

We had room 1D, a Standard Double Room with Sea View. It’s not right on the beachfront but overlooks the immaculately kept gardens and the beach, which you can glimpse through the palm trees. But be warned: Rooms 1A to 1D have a shared terrace and are right next to the children’s pool, so if you’re looking for total seclusion you may not get it. However, our neighbours were lovely (Swedish couple who have booked the same room every year for 11 years!!) and we were not troubled by noisy nippers during our stay. The private beach has soft sand and is kept spotless, with comfy sun loungers and big umbrellas. Palm-shaded garden area behind has beautiful plants, tinkling streams and rock gardens, hammocks, and big round beds with cushions, plus a small beach bar (which opens only from 4pm to 6pm - should be longer IMHO). On the beach next to the bar, a trio of local ladies not connected to Cassia Cottage offered by far the best and cheapest massages we found during our three weeks in Vietnam - the wife went 3 times in 2 days and paid only 200,000 dong for an hour of full body/head massage with liberal application of oils and aloe vera. They were amazing. The hotel’s Spice House restaurant is in a lovely colonial-style building with large terraced area outside overlooking the main pool. Breakfast and dinner were invariably excellent, with massive choice of Asian and western foods. Staff were lovely and even organised us a taxi to nearest opticians at 9pm for an emergency spectacles repair! We loved Cassia Cottage. It’s not cheap by Vietnam standards but you get what you pay for. We’re already planning a return visit - and will definitely be taking at least 6 days next time (see below)

The only disappointment was that we initially booked 6 nights but then had to reduce it to 2 nights - and the room rate was doubled!!
