Large rooms with good facilities. A very comfortable apartment in great location. The host was very responsive and provided excellent communication.

The only problem we found was each of the showers didn't drain very well - otherwise everything was great.

Luis hat uns sehr nett empfangen, alles gezeigt und ein paar Tipps gegeben. Die Wohnung liegt super zentral und ist gut ausgestattet. Alle möglichen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Nachts wurde es schon sehr kühl, so dass etwas dickere Bettdecken schön gewesen wären.

The apartment is very bright and a nice size. It is in a great location. It was nice for our group of 4, although one person slept on the couch since both beds were queens. The two bathrooms were convenient. The apartment was very clean and the air conditioners worked great. Views from the balconies were nice.

Location was great. All attractions were easily accessible. Very close to Plaza Mayor. Owner was very accommodating when we requested a late checkout due to some of our reservations.

it is well located in the centre of Madrid, closed to the city landmarks, restaurants and tourist attractions the apartment is spotless with a great ventilation & light. I am definitely going to stay again, if I visit Madrid with relatives or friends.

Luis was a gracious host in every way. He was very accessible and accommodating when arranging an arrival time and helpful with suggestions. The bright corner unit was functional, tasteful, modern and impeccable. The location was very central making many destinations only a short walk away. Multiple supermarkets were very close.

The apartment was in a very central location and we could reach many parts of the city from there. It was roomy and comfortable. We had excellent views of the street below, to watch the Semana Santa processions.

Having just one set of keys for two couples, but we managed to work it out. The city is very noisy (more so during Easter), but we were prepared for that!

Incredible host and location, he met us at the unit and gave lots of recommendations for the local area. The place was not noisy despite being in a central hub, it was close to grocery and restaurants, and steps away from the metro and Plaza Mayor. We loved the layout of the unit and the decorations. Would book again!

If I really had to write something, it would only be about the skywell where clothes are meant to be hung, it smelled like food from the cooking fan from floors below, so we did not hang our clothes there, but as long as you kept those windows closed, no issues whatsoever.
