El Zoo Hostel es un lugar Top, todo el complejo está repleto de la buena energía que transmiten sus propietarios. Juan y Diego son maravillosos. Amables y preocupados en todo momento de la estancia. Un sitio donde uno se siente querido y como en casa. Espero volver algún día. Lo mejor de Palomino.

Really chill vibes. Great location and value for money . Personal fan and mosquito net per bed. Free break fast and good Happy Hour at Bar on cocktails. El zoo restaurant next door . Lots of bathroom and showers. Showers could be cleaned more regular as the sand is everywhere . Pool table , laundry service is also really fast ans efficient. Would recommend!

- Central location, close to restaurants, bars and beach - Dorm bed with power outlets, mosquito net, fan and lockers.

- Too many cats roaming around freely, sleeping in dorm beds. - Pool table is off level and located too close to fence to be able to manoeuvre cue. - Social activities organisation was pretty poor. - Gave us zero information or recommendations about what else is happening around town.

This place is amazing ❤️ The salaries are really lovely. The atmosphere is really friendly and enjoyable ✨ The beds are really good with a fan for each person, it is really comfortable.

The showers are okay. Sometimes the flow wasn’t really strong so it took a time to take a shower. But it is just a detail. It is super okay.

The dorms are nice and had fans for each bed. The breakfast is small but good

- the mosquito net did nothing, I got horribly bitten every night. - the most unfriendly staff ive met in any hostel ive been at, very bizzare. I interacted with numerous staff and they all acted in that same way. The girls seemed stuck up and competitive or something of the sort. As if they are high school mean girls or something. This especially so with a red headed girl and a brunette who was always with her. I mean you are a volunteer for petes sakes, you arent there to make clicks or act stuck up to paying guests. Also my last night I extended and when I atrived they had made the bed and there was nothing on it. I told the guy at reception (he sounded like a local) he didnt believe me and made me go show him. I also told him that i didnt remember if i had left stuff on the bed, instead of apologizing or saying he would ask the cleaning staff he was like, well at least now you got a bottom bed and also said ask the new person who got the bed if any of my stuff had been left there, very incompetent and obtuse person.

The hostel have everything you need. A nice pool area to hang out in, bar and music at night, nice co-working area. Rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast is great. Higly Recommend!
